It was the cashiers first day and he accidentally rang up the wrong item (no sweat, we all make mistakes). It was quickly corrected to the right waffles and chicken by a coworker (maybe manager). The food came out quick and was tasty, also the same coworker (maybe manager) threw in extra chicken for the inconvenience!

Good lord, who knew a waffle could look and taste like this. The only reason I gave 4 stars for food instead of 5 is because I had stopped eating sugar and carbs for a few years. But I had to try this. I had a waffle, with a cheese crust that had cream cheese and jalapenos. It was delicious, but not in my diet wheelhouse. But, that being said, it is crazy good. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Ryan was incredible, the marathon was today so the place was busy!!! They ran out of the ingredients for some of the vegan options so we weren’t actually able to get anything other than a chai but the customer service, the fact he explained to us and genuinely felt bad made the experience great. I can’t really rate the food but I imagine it would’ve been as great as the service.
