This place is LOVELY - really simple menu with great options. Everything we had (Westside, Ham and Swiss, Cup of Classic Tomato Soup) was VERY tasty and exactly what you'd expect from a place like this - and that's a good thing! Crunchy bread, little chunks of tomato in the soup, lots of toppings - perfect.

Week ago Saturday a friend and I were very excited to try this restaurant on Denver Avenue in Loveland. When we arrived the doors were locked and the place was closed even though online it said it was supposed to be open and the hours on the door said it was supposed to be open. This is such a horrible service! They could have at least put a note on the door! I guess this is a number one of those businesses that I will not be patronizing because they don't give two s**** about customer service! I also left a message on the corporate web page didn't even get a response!

I love this place for an awesome "grilled cheese! " Great customer service too. Ordered a sandwich and it had almost no toppings. I took it back and they immediately made me a new one, packed full of meat. I definitely recommend this place.

The grilled mac and cheese was incredible. The tomato basil soup was so good that my tomato-soup-hating youngest son loved it. My kids keep asking if I can get a job in Fort Collins so we can be closer to Tom & Chee.

First time coming in tonight and absoolutely loved it! Had to sit and wait for friend and even though seemed a little busy everything was perfectly clean and running smoothly. When finally ready to order the gal who took it was extra helpful and explained the menu so well! Staff looked like they were moving quickly and well together and food was brought out by a very nice guy super fast! I love trying new places that are so well put together and clean!

Not impressed. Ordered the sandwich of the day and original tomato soup. The sandwich was fine, the soup was terrible. I ate there with my two daughters for lunch and it was $42. Way to expensive for average food

Super delicious! Soup was spiced nicely and the grilled cheese was crispy and perfect! The grilled donuts where great for the sweet tooth! Service was fast and kitchen was clean! Great job!
Grilled cheese a dipper of tomato soup and a drink.. 14 bucks.... i walked out.. for 2 ta 3 more dollars i can go to the outback steakhouse and get a water and a new york strip steak with 2 sides..
