It hurts me a lot to give this location a 3. Torchys has been near and dear to my heart for close to a decade and it's been sad to see the quality go down over the years. The tortillas aren't as good anymore, the queso was grainy last time we went, there always seems to be only one cashier taking orders during weekend lunch rushes.... It's just a lot of different things bringing down the experience. It's been basically ok at best the last five times I've gone and it makes me sad to admit that.

Our visit to Torchy’s tonight was delightful. After a very long day, we decided Taco Tuesday was in order and I’m so happy we stopped at the Fort Collins location. Right away, we were greeted by a very pleasant host, Ash, who was so welcoming and kind. Ash checked on us during our meal to make sure we were happy, brought us to-go boxes and chips, and then even bussed our empty plates. Ash’s exceptional service was more refreshing than our meals and drinks-if that’s possible. You will not regret coming to FoCo’s Torchy’s Tacos, and if you’re lucky, you might come in on a night that Ash is working. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Update 4/9/24: Ash gave top not h service today! Took our order at the table when we came in with our 3 kids lol which was a huge help and made the process so much easier for us! And as always the food was great! Tacos seemed bigger today than last time so that was nice too!.Best tacos ever. This is by far my favorite taco place. So many yummy options on the menu. And the chips and gauc is AMAZING

Fun place to visit. The food was alright, wish it was more seasoned. I also found bacon in my vegetarian taco, which was surprising. Nice service. Salty chips... Will be back possibly...Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, but that's fine.
