Union Bar & Soda Fountain

Food was decent but overpriced, the reason why I rated this 1 star is because the menu uses ai photos…😕 Not only is ai bad for the environment, the photos looks very bad, it’s easily recognizable as ai, it is misleading, not accurate to what you actually get, and is considered false advertising which can be illegal. You can tell it’s ai by the overall look, the yellow tint, the text on the bottle being unreadable (and not in a pixilated way), the wood grain being weird/ inconsistent (not in a real life way) , the cups being wavy in parts, and others. I know this place can do better.

I'm super excited that The Union has a clearly marked vegan menu and innovative items, not the usual lazy options. The Bangin' Cauliflower was on point! Crisp but not over battered. No need for any additional sauces. Rice was spot on. I will definitely try all the vegan options here!

We had a brunch event at the Union for my daughter’s wedding and it turned out wonderful. Jason and his team went above and beyond to make the event special. They did little things that I didn’t even know to ask about just because they wanted to make the event better than great. The food was amazing, the mimosa bar was fantastic and the signature cocktail was truly special. They were fabulous to work with from start to finish! Ft Collins is a foodie city and this place truly shines as one of the best!!!

First time we've been here in awhile since the new menu was made. We were immediately turned off by the blurry AI pictures in the overcomplicated menu. Using AI is just lazy and looks bad.

It was difficult to navigate the sections and find food with all the drinks interspersed. The menu items have also changed, and we miss the beef Manhattan.

We started with the 3-2-1 drinks, and the beverages have never disappointed here. We both enjoyed them.

We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and they came out with massive slices of red onion and quartered cherry tomatoes, both of which were odd choices for nacho toppings.

Our appetizer came out about 3-4 minutes before our main meals, so we barely got to dig into them before our chicken sandwiches showed up. I got the grilled bucktown and my husband got the fried, and we were pretty underwhelmed. A little on the dry side, and the tomato on the sandwich was just more quartered cherry tomatoes stuffed underneath the chicken.

Overall, a bit of a disappointing experience from the Union we used to enjoy going to.

Gracie our server was the SWEETEST. Cocktails were awesome and the bananas Foster was so so good

No flavor, just excessive amount of salt in every meal.

Good food, great choices, fair prices, friendly staff and an awesome atmosphere. I’m told the monte cristo is great and I love their salads and Cuban sandwich. Beautiful space is a less busy part of FoCo. We have enjoyed our special occasions celebrating here with family.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary with my folks, son, and his girlfriend!! We had an amazing tine and Shelby, our waitress, was fantastic!! Give her a raise!!

Came by for dinner with friends tonight. So glad we chose this place. Leah was our server, she was awesome. Definitely made the whole experience that much better! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and timely. I had the bacon Mac, so good. Also enjoyed the music and ambience! Lovely patio, oh and fabulous desserts!! Will definitely be returning. Such a great little spot for dinner and drinks with friends!

I loved the service because the waitress her name was Helen was so nice to my kid because I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and after the food got delivered by the nice waitress we started eating and the food was so good and my kid was eating upsi down and it was so good and there is a photo of him in the photos. And it started to have little gusts of wind but it was still fun and it was beautiful. And Helen was also so nice because after dinner we were getting desert and the waitress Helen said that if 1 kid did not want an ice cream sundae she would come back out with another ice cream sundae.
