I've worked in the restaurant industry a long time, and I'm truly sorry to say this place was icky! The cleanliness was a complete turn off, the doors haven't been wiped down in idk how long, bathroom doors, entry doors, etc., the kitchen at a glance was a pure grease trap, the bathrooms- I couldn't even use them... I'd be terrified to see there walk in.
It also took 40 minutes for 3 of us to get our tacos. There were only 2 other tables besides us. Just all over would never go, or order from there again. It's clear nobody cares for it properly.

Uno Mas is a great place to drop in for lunch or dinner - and while I love their selection of interesting tacos, I have recently fallen under the spell of their quesadillas. It’s the go-to place to take out-of-town guests who want to sample a flight of Tequilas (or Mezcal) - or if you prefer, they also have a good selection of Mexican sodas (try the grapefruit soda - it’s surprising!). The waitstaff is always cheerful, helpful, and have great suggestions.

It's hard to beat eating tacos from Uno Mas outside on a beautiful October day! They serve a creative and delicious variety of tacos, indoors or out, our server was excellent and super friendly, and the atmosphere puts you right in the mood for a little fiesta. I'll be going back soon!

I just recently placed an order to this Mexican restaurant, was absolutely stunned by the. Customer service they have. They have great food!!! My company usually treat there employees every Saturday to lunch, I’m going to ask my GM if they can put this place on a Saturday lunch… definitely will recommend. And they honored the VA discount! I will be back!

Delicious food, great margaritas, and a fantastic staff. The duck confit taco is to die for - I get it every time. I've found most tacos in Fort Collins underwhelming when not from a little independently-owned truck, but Uno Mas delivers every time. There's also a Denver location, so check that out as well. The chorizo queso is also great, though I find the guacamole to be a little under-seasoned. Being from Texas, I'm picky, but I've even brought my So-Cal bestie here and she loved it, too, so it's got our endorsement.
