We recently moved to Fort Collins. There are a lot of food options here compared to our previous city. Of all the breakfast places we've been to, Urban Egg might just be my favorite so far.
Their Denver Omelette is delicious. There's a sauce that's on it that you could honestly just put in a bowl, call it soup, and it would sell. So good.
Their biscuits and gravy, though, that's what garnered this review. It's a sage gravy, which due to past experiences, I was a bit wary of. Still, I was on the mood so I got them.
BEST BISCUITS AND GRAVY I'VE EVER HAD.
The service was fast and friendly, to boot. The prices were reasonable given the quality of the food. We will definitely be coming here again.

This place is amazing and has become a brunch favorite for me and my family. My daughter is gluten-free and they make the most amazing gluten-free pancakes. Plus, you usually don't have to wait forever to get in like you do at Snooze. Win, win!

Marisa did a fantastic job. it was very hectic and busy to have only a couple workers especially on new years morning but she was doing amazing. Give that girl a raise or something.

I had Jerry as my sever and got the best experience at a restaurant ever. The restaurant was super busy and he still made sure we got all of our things in a good time. He is so charismatic and kind, the food was amazing but i will be returning because of how amazing the service was. Ask for jerry whenever you come! you wont be disappointed:)

Jerry was our amazing server and bartender, he was nice and easy to talk to. He made us feel taken care of and you could feel how genuine he was. 10/10 service would come back just for Jerry’s service
