We love, urban egg! We’ve been coming here for many, many years, since our kids were babies, and they are 10 and 13 now! It never disappoints! Highly recommend!

We ate there earlier this month and it was disappointing, especially with the hefty prices. Service was slow. The hollandaise on my eggs Benedict was tasteless. I couldn’t even taste any lemon. The hash browns on the side were old, hard, and like plastic served in a square that was hard to cut through even with a knife. My wife got corned beef hash, but the corned beef wasn’t mixed with the hash browns, but was just a thin layer on top of a hard, old, inedible square like mine. Major fail.

The food was absolutely drenched in grease and oil. The hash browns were inedible. Terrible food. Avoid this place in order to not lose your money. Go to silver grille instead.
This is a big college town and tourist town and breakfast places need to offer good food. I was served cold leftover hash browns and undercooked watery omelette and cold hot tea that would not steep through its thick bag. Expensive prices. Round this out as a member of the stay away list in fort Collins. There's plenty of other great places for breakfast to eat. Don't waste your time here.

The corned beef hash was really good with tender meat and a great chili sauce on top!
It also had quality, tender meat. The pancake was really fluffy and moist and the side salad was big and had fresh greens. The steak and eggs also had quality and tender meat and it was cooked exactly as requested. The breakfast burrito was really good and had a lot of eggs and beans.

Another great breakfast at Urban Egg! We moved away from Fort Collins, so it was a treat to get to eat here this morning! I had the chorizo bowl, and there were pancakes, chicken and waffles, corned beef and stuffed French toast enjoyed as well. Sophia was a delight as our server. One of our dining companions can be a high maintenance diner, and Sophia handled her with humor and grace! Can't wait to come back!
