The food isn't what it use to be. It's delivered so fast from the kitchen. Might as well order from fast food. The quality is that great. Ordered a cookies and cream shake...got cookies and cream milk. It's just not worth going anymore. They don't care anymore and it definitely shows. The tables were dirty and the service was ok. The hostess is quite rude and the manager just does whatever. Sucks. I'm going to miss going to this place. We won't be back.

My husband and i went to this place for the 1st time and it was wonderful . Our waitress was great the coffee pot was having a time n so she brought us water n let us know whats up. She was so kind. Our food was hot n fresh, She kept me in coffee and was super attentive. Thanks so much! We will be back❤

Food is always very good with best pies around. Waitresses sometimes are not always the best food is quick usually they just dont come around to check on you very often and seem like they are having a bad day or maybe I just only catch them on bad days.

The pay and benefits they offer could not attract enough labor, so the franchise owner reduced operating hours. Businesses that pay well and respect their employees do not have a problem attracting and retaining workers. Go spend your money where it goes to good jobs instead.

Great value for a delicious breakfast or any meal. And these ladies work hard! ( Only saw women at the front desk and waiting on tables). They are super efficient and they hustle with a smile!
Emily should've stayed home today. Horrible attitude, even worse service. She completely ignored a few of her tables including ours. When one of the gentleman at a neighboring table told a different server Emily was ignoring them, the other server shouted "Emily" and then said "see, she acknowledged you" and walked away. The food, lady who greeted us when we arrived and assistant GM were great though!

What a surprise! We hadn't been to Village Inn since before Covid and now we're going there at least twice a week. Great food, outstanding service and wonderful people. You can't beat it with a rubber hose.
