OH MY GOD. First time at a waffle house, BEST RESTAURANT EVER!!!!! The waiter was SUPER nice and the food literally made me ascend. I wish i could give 6 stars, 10/10, considering moving to the south for more waffle houses!!!

I was SOOOOO looking forward to the Waffle House for lunch. I had a FABULOUS experience at the Waffle House in Kentucky last summer I ended up eating at the Waffle House every day for breakfast when I was staying in Kentucky. Today, I ordered eggs, toast and hashbrowns with a coffee. Sadly, the coffee was the only decent part of the meal. :-( The eggs were super runny (they were supposed to be scrambled), the hashbrowns didn't taste right and the toast was just a plain single piece of bread. No butter, no jelly offered. Just plain.
Staff were fairly friendly. Counters were dirty. Lots of flies around.
Sadly, I paid for my meal and only had taken one bite. YUCK. Ended up driving over to the nearby Denny's.

I have frequented the Waffle House while traveling in the south. I really liked the place. So I wanted to try this one in Colorado while I was traveling. The food was āokā but the serving size has become smaller than what I was accustomed to. Overall it was fine but not what I remember of Waffle House

This was a great location friendly staff and very attentive the restaurant was very clean and managed, we were immediately cared for by Dexter and Sydney. They were cool and talkative as you expect from wait staff/ cooks. The menu has finally removed the egg surcharge so the meal was more affordable. Food was cooked well and tasted great going into my stomach. I feel a little sad that my lack of a mustache wasnāt appreciated but you win some you lose some.

Stopped into Waffle House on a whim and left wondering why I donāt eat there every day. The food was hot, fast, and everything you want when youāre craving comfortābut the real highlight was our server, Dexter.
From the moment we walked in, Dexter treated us like VIPs. Friendly, sharp, and on point with every detailāhe kept our coffee filled, made real conversation, and somehow managed to serve half the restaurant like it was no big deal. It was like watching a master at work. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, and that made the whole experience feel personal.
He even got our order exactly rightācrispy bacon, perfect eggs, and the fluffiest waffle Iāve ever had from a Waffle House. Seriously, Dexter is the kind of employee who makes a business shine. If corporateās reading this: promote that man.
Next time Iām in town, Iām coming back just for Dexter. Give that guy some recognitionāheās what makes Waffle House feel like home.
