Came into Waffle House with the lowest expectations because we just wanted something to eat. Sat at a dirty table and patiently waited for an hour without any staff talking to us. One staff member apologized and said they had a waitress walk out tonight. Our waitress was extremely rude throughout the two minute interaction we had. She finally came up and my sister started to order but the waitress cut her off and walked away. She came back with the drinks and told me to get my head off the table. I immediately sat up and apologized but she said “I don’t have to serve you. You were rude and cut everyone in line”. I had zero interactions with her at this point to where I was confused. The restaurant had multiple empty tables at this point as well and we were the last ones served, with no complaint. We ended up cancelling our order and leaving. Even if we did do something wrong, there was no reason to treat customers like this. Just wanted some food but then couldn’t trust it after that

Abby, Naomi, Zeke, Joe, Pam, Cressa, and April are fantastic. I have a particular way I like to eat my regular order, and they nail it every time. Love my Waffle Home.

Food is good for being a chain restaurant. The staff consistently is so nice. I work nights and come in between midnight at 3:00AM usually and they are all super friendly which is rare in the late night food industry, lol.

Ah, the Waffle House… open 24 hours, seven nights a week — truly a haven for creatures of the night such as myself. When the moon is high and the hunger gnaws deep, few establishments welcome one’s presence at such unholy hours.

The aroma of sizzling bacon, the golden glow of the waffle iron — it warms even my cold, cursed heart. The floors may glisten suspiciously, the lighting hums like a crypt lantern, the hash browns, scattered and smothered, are a thing of beauty — And though perfection is but a myth (trust me, I’ve lived long enough to know), the consistency of this place is eternal.
A toast — or perhaps a waffle — to the Waffle House: may your doors never close, your cook never sleep, and your jukebox never run out of melancholy country tunes at 3 a.m.

The food was awesome. The guy working The grill did a great job. He had skills. Didn't catch his name. Young and tall. Our server took our order then abandoned us. We waited a while to see if she would come around to check on us but she didnt. We had to flag another waitress down just to get a refill and the check.

Couldn't get our server to stay on task and had to repeatedly ask for things that should have been included such as silverware and then after we paid it was like we didn't even exist there
Their employees really need to be reviewed and some new ones sent in. This used to be my overall favorite restaurant and they have failed miserably

The kitchen was very dirty. Food scraps on counters and floors. One of the overnight employee was more concerned about spending time on his phone. He didn't want to do any cleaning. I was the only customer there. The female cook was doing her best at trying to clean while the dude was just walking around. When she asked for his help, he said he wanted to focus on customers, even though I was the only one there. I would not recommend eating there.

Taste is exactly as you'd expect and in some ways a bit better! I would like to note an observation of this locations employee, Pam, during an admittedly pretty busy time Pam's dedication to refilling the already full sugar while 4 people waited for 6 unoccupied but dirty seating arrangements might be commended, but maybe a discussion on order of importantnce is in order. Every one else seemed to work well despite the craze of a busy establishment
