We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at The Welsh Rabbit a few nights ago and it was absolutely incredible.
We hosted about 20 people. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient – truly a joy to work with. They were flexible with our guest count and handled a whole list of food allergies without missing a beat, which made planning so much less stressful.

The Rotary Club of Fort Collins Breakfast wants to thank and recommend The Welsh Rabbit to the people of Fort Collins. In Jan 16th we had our yearly Old Town Progressive dinner where our members go to three locations together-appetizers then a main course then for coffee.
Our event organizer members showed up to our first venue and saw a sign that said “closed due to furnace issues”. It was 16 degrees out and 47 members were set to arrive in 30 minutes.
