We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at The Welsh Rabbit a few nights ago and it was absolutely incredible. ​ We hosted about 20 people. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient – truly a joy to work with. They were flexible with our guest count and handled a whole list of food allergies without missing a beat, which made planning so much less stressful. ​ The evening was so easy to plan that once we arrived, we could just relax and enjoy time with our friends and family. The food and wine were phenomenal – beautifully prepared, perfectly paired, and our guests are still talking about it. ​ Highly recommend The Welsh Rabbit if you’re looking for a cozy, memorable spot to host a special celebration

Picked up a fantastic charcuterie board for my daughter, who said she'd rather have charcuterie than a cake. They gave her a sweet card and some stickers and put a candle on the board. ❤️

I LOVE THE WELSH RABBIT. This is one of the best businesses in Fort Collins. The food is great, but the staff are what make it so amazing. They are so kind and always go above and beyond. Special shoutouts to Dean and Janelle!

Great place to get a glass of wine and charcuterie. You pick what you want for the board. Staff is very knowledgeable about wines and the good. Its a bit slow but why hurry?

In town for a wedding, visited Old Town. While shopping, came across this gem of a wine and cheese shop. Great wine selection, great cheese selection, and great service from Marybeth. We sat outside as the weather was perfect. We chose a variety of cheeses, and a glass of rose. Luckily we don't live local, as we would visit weekly. Maybe they ship... Lol

Finn was terrific, took great care of us and his recommendations were outstanding. We had wanted to come in for years (no longer live in Fort Collins so opportunities are rare) but are so glad we made it happen! This is worth a trip up by itself, the food (get the bread, trust me) and wine were phenomenal. Definitely will not allow a long time between visits!

I recently ordered from The Welsh Rabbit over the phone since I’m out of state, and I was beyond impressed with the experience. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through their excellent selection. Communication was seamless throughout the process. The owner, Dean, personally delivered my package, and when no one was home, he called me and arranged a more convenient time for delivery. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated! If you're looking for top-notch service and a fantastic wine and cheese selection, I highly recommend them!
