This place is a gem! Amazing selection of cheeses, meats, and so many other fun finds. Great place to pick up some stuff to go ... but also a lovely place to grab a table for a wine flight, charcuterie board, or sandwich. The smoked salmon salad sandwich is amazing.

The food was really high quality, it was nothing like any thing you could get from a normal restaurant really amazing food and great variety. The staff was super sweet and helpful, they were very knowledgeable about everything and gave great advice on what combinations are the best. Will definitely be going again!!

BEST ?BRUNCH? IN? TOWN. It's our go-to Sunday brunch spot - everything on the menu always comes out amazing, and they have Angel Food French Toast?!? It's paired with a delicious savory spinach quiche that makes it the ideal sweet and savory combo. The Shakshuka is also hands down the best I've ever ever had: it's so flavorful comes with in-house baked bread perfect for sopping up the extra sauce. This place is never busy for brunch, I think it's still a secret they even serve brunch (yay for us:).The seem to chefs really care about the food they create and serve and always take pride in putting out the best dishes. Plus you can sit at the bar and watch them cook right in front of you! Great atmosphere and ambiance overall. We have also been for dinner and it was surprisingly cheap prices (especially for Old Town Fort Collins) for really upscale dinner dishes, that were also soooo delish.Because they have a small kitchen, this isn't a place to come to if you're in a rush - but it's perfect for a French style, hang out with a few mimosas with friends and great food for a leisurely brunch. Can't recommend this place enough, it's one of our favorites!! (I couldn't wait to start eating, so ignore our half eaten dishes.)

Our Rotary Club in Fort Collins has a progressive dinner in Old Town each year. This year when our members arrived at our first stop we discovered that they had experienced a furnace issue and were closed. One of our members walked over to the Welsh Rabbit and explained our situation. They said they could host us!The business sells outstanding cheeses as well as wines and other gourmet items. The store has a great feel and the staff were wonderful. Many of us, including myself, used the opportunity to purchase some great cheeses.I can guarantee that we will be back. You just don't find service like this at big box stores!

Fun experience where you create your own charcuterie board. The cheeses were excellent and the homemade bread was divine. We four shared a bottle of vino selected from the shelf- although you can get wine by the glass or in a flight. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff.

For his 83rd birthday, we ordered the medium cheesemonger charcuterie bird for our grandpa. Nobody was disappointed!! The staff clearly puts in thought and love as they curate these boards. The cheese and meat were all fresh and offered a fun variety of flavors. The jam was absolutely delicious and worked well with the cheeses. Between the four of us, we still had some leftovers from this beautiful board. If you're looking to purchase a charcuterie, we highly recommend Welsh Rabbit.

Received 2 charcuterie boards for gifts during graduation week. They were so exceptional we ordered one before coming to Fort Collins for a holiday visit. The information about the cheeses is fun, the flavors are fantastic and the meats, nuts and jams really compliment the cheese. To make it even more special, they helped pair a sparkling wine with the tray when it was picked up. It made for a really special Christmas celebration. This will probably always be part of our visits to Fort Collins. Thanks very much!

The place has a warm and cozy ambiance, perfect for a friendly rendezvous. Their wine flight is a standout, offering a delightful selection. While the food is decent, it's on the pricier side, and the baguette was just average. Nevertheless, the overall vibe and atmosphere make it a charming spot for a get-together with friends.
