Terribly rude management. Dealt with a very easy situation in a very rude way. Will never return and have always loved Wendy’s.
Went through the drive-thru on my lunch break. Ordered 2 cookies along with the rest of my food. She repeated it back to me as well. Instead I got charged for 4 cookies and I didn’t get ANY of them. Once I realized I wasn’t given them, it was too late to go back.
