The worker Justin went above and beyond! He was kind and professional the whole time. Part of my order was a frosty and he suggested different flavors that he thought I would enjoy and lo and behold, I did. He continued coming to my table to check up on me to make sure I was good and was enjoying the food. I just wish I could have given him a tip, but I guess a good review will have to do. 10/10 service!

I was inside waiting to be help for around 10 minutes because the lady working the counter had to run around and fix orders they had just got wrong. While I was waiting I noticed no one in the back had gloves on or hairnets.

Walked in the door and up to the counter and all we could hear was foul language from the employees in the back. I understand that that language is common these days, but it is still offensive. The emplyee who helped us was very kind and even gave us a free baconator fry cause they had made an extra by mistake. Other than the language, it was all good.

The first window where the worker takes the money was super weird to my girlfriend and she felt very uncomfortable around him, and never wants to go back to this location. The guy at the second window was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. Our strawberry lemonades were nasty and the food quality was just bad. Sucks the service and food were so poor.
Terrible service and had to remind them at ordering, when I paid and when I picked up. They still got it wrong. Got home and the order was still incorrect. Lots of better places to eat in town and without the blow offs from unhappy workers. I didn't order the eye roll, but I got that for free I guess.

I love how they'll charge you if you ask for 1 single extra sauce, but if you order on DD, they won't give you your sauce you paid for, they give you the wrong flavor of frosty, and won't answer the phone. Probably because they are tired of people complaining.....

I’m giving two stars because the staff was very nice when I was ordering food unfortunately the mushroom hamburger made me very ill I’ve been puking plus more since last night. It was about 4-5 hours after eating Wendy’s yesterday that I got extremely sick still not 100% today. Wanted to share incase anyone else is feeling sick lately.
