The last three times I have gotten food from this Wendy’s location, my order is messed up.
The first time I ordered a baked potato with shredded cheese and butter, and they gave me an uncut baked potato with nothing in it. (photo included) Second time was a Grubhub order where they just didn’t include half of my order. Evidently I didn’t learn my lesson. Today, I ordered two baked potatoes with JUST shredded cheese and I got home to discover no shredded cheese, and they were absolutely drenched in the cheese sauce, which I didn’t ask for on purpose.
I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask them to get my order right when I’m paying for it that way. Will not be returning to this location.

Someone needs to investigate if they're cutting corners and serving sugary soda when someone orders diet. That's a lawsuit and maybe criminal if someone gets sick.

I've given up on this location. They constantly mess up orders, drive thru is always slow, and it's just not worth it anymore for the price point.
Shelby was wonderful. She is kind and a sweetheart.

Chicken obviously sits under heat lamps for much longer than it's supposed to. Staff clearly just resets timers when they go off without replacing product. Dry chicken with soggy breading every time I go here. You'd think I would've learned.

All I wanted was to eat some Wendy’s at 12:45am. My friends and I were too intoxicated to drive but could perfectly walk through the drive through. We ordered on the app ahead of time and everything was fine until we got to the window. The worker said they weren’t going to make our food because they were going to have to stay at the restaurant longer. We pushed back saying we had already ordered and it took my friend’s money from their phone. They then told us that it was a safety hazard to walk through the very well lit, not by the roadside drive through. I said the safety issue would be any of us driving because we had been drinking.
The “manager” said he didn’t know how the app worked and he couldn’t refund my friend and they would have to call customer service in the morning.
There was then a car behind us in the drive through, meaning they were going to order food and the workers were going to have to make the food.
I have worked at a restaurant before, it sucks to get orders late at night like right before you close, but they had over an hour before they closed.
To top it off the worker, after like 10 minutes of this, said that because we were so rude they would make our food for us. So we went around front and they made us our food quickly and correctly. So the entire time he just didn’t want to do his job. When he gave us the food, my friend who ordered apologized to the worker. He was nice to my male friends and extra rude to my one female friend with us. She was the one that pushed back the hardest, and while she is certainly opinionated, she was not being ridiculous. None of us were. She was standing up for us and was the reason that we got our food.
I’ll end it by saying I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative google review. I go out into the world with the understanding that life is hard and sucks and the average job someone does is just out of necessity. I understand that he didn’t make the rules of the restaurant or corporate and he’s just trying to make a living. But he didn’t have to be rude, a little bit of kindness goes so far. Any customer facing job I’ve had I try and help people out to the best of my abilities. It’s not that hard to try and be kind even if it fails.

The downgrade in salad product and prep is showing. I used to love their salads but the quality has dropped. Time for a switch.

Why did they have to take away Sweet n Sour during these dark times?

The manager on duty was on top of everything with everyone.Else, having question mark on their faces
The worker Justin went above and beyond! He was kind and professional the whole time. Part of my order was a frosty and he suggested different flavors that he thought I would enjoy and lo and behold, I did. He continued coming to my table to check up on me to make sure I was good and was enjoying the food. I just wish I could have given him a tip, but I guess a good review will have to do. 10/10 service!
Ordered a Cobb salad via delivery, I didn’t receive any utensils, straw or my ranch.
They got my order wrong but fixed it quickly
I was inside waiting to be help for around 10 minutes because the lady working the counter had to run around and fix orders they had just got wrong. While I was waiting I noticed no one in the back had gloves on or hairnets.
