i’ve come here for a bit and the food and atmosphere is usually pretty okay. my major complaint is the service. they either take a long time to help you, or just not at all. tonight 1/21 at around 7:30 pm my father and i were waiting for service at the front counter for about 5 minutes. we had several employees look directly at us, and then continue to do whatever instead of helping. not a greeting or “we’ll help you when we can!” just nothing. it’s certainly frustrating, and as someone who works in a food service job it’s just blatantly unacceptable. the last time i was there as well, the drive through worker just seemed very agitated and was very short with us and not great. the place is overall pretty alright, the service is just severely lacking.

Service was ok except everyone working at 1 pm on Sunday including the manager was high and took my order then took 20 mins before I got my food and by the time I got to my truck I had soggy cold fry's And nuggets were cold and jr Bacon looked cold and soggy I think Wendy needs to train there people better then that ! Starting to look like McDonald's !

Had the drive through person talk trash about me to her coworker because i ordered something on the menu that she said wasn't on the menu with the drive thru window open so i could hear. She had many face piercings and treated me like trash. this was November 30th, at 12:30 PM.
