Horrible past 2 experiences. Ordered to go orders both times. No one comes to help you. I've had to stand around for 15-20 before anyone tries to help me. The orders have always take way longer than they should. My last order, I ordered 2 rolls and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to make 2 rolls. Very ridiculous. I watched people get seated and they were eating before my food came out. Definitely not placing takeout here ever again. You'd thing to go orders would be priority but I guess not here.

This small shop was delicious. The service was great and it was popular! Everyone in my party of 7 left full and satisfied with their orders. Every tint came out correctly, temperature correct and in a timely manner. We are from out of state, but I will come back and recommend it to people!

Lunch: Delicious sushi and sweet potato light tempera fries. The miso soup had great flavor, with tofu and diced scallion (just a tiny bit too salty). The chef, staff, owner? were kind and helpful. The inside of this restaurant is quite lovely. I am very happy that I decided to try this establishment.

Best SUSHI in Fort Collins! There are several choices near and around town, some with a cult-like following, trust and travel a couple blocks west, it will be well worth it! Best quality cutlets with a great view of the master chefs, and the presentation is immaculate! Located in a strip area, once inside the decor is artistically inviting with a warm, calm, and pleasing ambiance. The house sake is offered warmed or chilled, with several additional offerings to please any taste. Everyone here really cares about your experience and will ask if they've met your expectations. I wanted to keep this place my lil secret, the world deserves to add White Tree to their frequently visited places!

First time I found real sushi in town. Actual nigiri with fresh fish. Nuff said. (The western sushi rolls are good too.)

My favorite sushi spot in FoCo. It's a hidden gem unassumingly tucked into the shopping plaza next to King Soopers, with the best flavors and fish quality. The new management added new rolls and they are delicious.

Food was good. Atmosphere was ok...had college kids being disruptive. None of that was a huge issue though.....what the real issue was, that we had to wait for an hour from the time they sat us down to the time we got the food. They served 3 different tables 3 times, one walk in that got served right away and another couple that came is 20 minutes after us were served before us and after all the waiting, the food was sub par. And they tried to play off the delay like they never messed up. And this was my first sushi experience........this was, in short, quite disappointing. Will not be going back.

My daughter and I are new to Fort Collins and we’ve tried many sushi places and wanted something special for her birthday. After looking through reviews, we decided to visit this amazing gem of a restaurant. It is in a unique spot in a shopping mall, but once you enter, you are in a charming, beautiful and extremely clean space. The food was wonderful. But it was the service that took this experience to the next level. There was not a robot server the night I was there, but I appreciated the human interaction much more anyhow.
I wish I would have found White Tree sooner, but so glad that I did! If I could give more stars, I would certainly would do so.

Our server Ember was great, as was the food. Super impressed by the quality and flavor of the sushi! They even have Orion beer! IYKYK. Easily the best sushi outside of Boulder/Denver.

Great sushi, atmosphere and overall experience. The chefs came out to ask us how our dinner was and I think that is awesome and rare to have that happen. Big plus - Tuesdays is BOGO sake!!
