White Tree Sushi and Asian Cuisine

I came in with a group of 8, they were very fast, nice and attentive. The food was amazing and the water was free!

The food was very yummy. This place is a hidden gem in the shopping plaza. Lots of students would come for meals.

One of the best Korean and Japanese restaurants in town. The owner (and head chef) is very kind. I am vegetarian, but miss eating bulgogi. I asked if it was possible to add the bulgogi sauce over some tofu. Usually this wouldn't be possible as bulgogi is more of a slow marinade. The owner made it work, and was able to honor my request. When I wasn't a vegetarian, their sushi and Korean food are also very very good. I hope that the owner adds more vegetarian options in the future. Seeing tempeh on the menu would be great!

I would definitely recommend White Tree to anyone who wants high quality Korean or Japanese food in Fort Collins.

Absolutely amazing sushi. I've rode past this in my King Sooper's Plaza so many times and never went in. I'm told it's under new ownership, and it's obvious they are making huge improvements.

We had a fabulous experience with White Tree last week! We didn't realize the crew took a lunch break and arrived right after they were supposed to be closed for lunch. They took us in anyway and made the most delicious rolls (their new chef's menu is YUM), reassuring us not to rush or feel bad about it. Such kind service and, of course, delish sushi. After visiting countless sushi spots, White Tree is still definitely the best in FoCo. If you haven't tried, you're missing out!

This was not good. The sushi was ok. I haven't been here in a while definitely never going back. Rice dish was awful. The service was fantastic. Food not so much.

I’ve lived in town for about 3 years now and my biggest regret has been not finding out about this little local gem sooner. I had been on the look out for a sushi place that checked all my boxes here in town and this one has surpassed my expectations. Delicious, fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Staff is friendly and welcoming. This is a new staple in my routine and my first recommendation when someone needs their sushi cravings met!

Such friendly and lovely staff, amazing food! I'm not a sushi person but their bulgogi bowl was top notch.

My go-to sushi restaurant in Foco! Seriously the best and always very fresh. They even have a lil robot deliver your food. We had the Rock N Roll, Ocean Roll, Volcano Roll, and California!

Had an excellent lunch experience here today. White Tree is under new ownership and it shows. Still excellent food and atmosphere but now with exceptional service. The owners/chefs made our day by spoiling my daughters and I and treating us so kindly. I highly recommend you check out White Tree!

3.5/5. Service is great, the little food expo robot is a neat feature (only ever seen them in Asia). It's a quaint place with great decor and vibe. The food was good, not great. There are a lot of options for sushi and of you want genguine Korean cuisine this is a good spot to experience it. We've had better sushi in fort collins elsewhere. The price is reasonable. Don't bring a large group here. Cute for date nights.

This beautifully decorated restaurant serves a delightful fusion of Japanese and Korean dishes. I took a good friend here who has historically been Asian averse, and she became a convert.

We had perfect bulgogi bibimbap, a succulent smoked eel roll, and a super yummy katsu fried pork steak.

The meal was followed up with a complimentary portion of delicately flavored Japanese mochi ice cream.

The only problem with the meal was that there was no kimchi available. Our kind and attentive waiter explained that some of their customers feel that it has too strong of an odor. Such a shame! There are a few foods more healthful on Earth than kimchi. 🫤

Such a great experience every time. QUALITY FRESH SUSHI! The Atmosphere/ambiance is peaceful, service is exceptional, and the robot that occasionally delivers food to the table is fun :) One of the 2 owners always comes out to say hello and check in...a genuine "how is everything" and sincere appreciation for patrons supporting their small local business.
