Super cute place :) love the lattes and the outside patio is awesome! It's sad that this place is going since I only found it recently

The food was very good and the people here are friendly. The only problem is that they tack on 20% for orders over $50. I dont mind giving a tip but this seems punitive and excessive.

I'm so sad this place is closing. If you have a chance to get there before they close do it! Born and raised in Fort Collins this is an excellent place to grab coffee or a bite to eat. I suggest the New World Vienna Latte :)

Today, noon-ish: I ordered a cappucinno with almond milk. It was completely scalded, so much that the milk separated from itself in big obvious curdles and there was a film of oil floating on the surface. I asked the barista to re-make it. After I got the re-made drink several minutes later, and I was served an almond milk latte that wasn't scalded, and the barista apologized for the fact that she couldn't get their almond milk to foam, the cashier rudely shouted out to me "I told you that coconut milk and almond milk don't foam up!" -- which A) wasn't even the reason I sent it back, as well as B) that is not exactly what he had told me, and C) if he knew that the almond milk wouldn't foam then he shouldn't have let me purchase a cappucinno to begin with.) So rude. And that was after I tipped the guy a buck.

I have been coming here for three years now and it is a wonderful place. The staff are friendly, the entire food menu is delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Hands down my favorite place to study or relax!

food tasted great everyone was super friendly!! enjoyed my experience for the most part. there was a hair in my food, something tasted really off about my bloody mary (rotten tomato mix or something) and the cook would come out back and pet the dogs with his apron on 😬 definitely was a little disappointed ☹️

Very college town casual. Friendly staff, lovely ambiance, and pretty decent food. Seems to be an old mansion, lots of nooks and crannies. Great place for a simple meal.

Breakfast all day! Great coffee. Good bar selection. Super cutesy indoor and outdoor seating. This place has charm. Be prepared for a little bit of a wait if it's busy.

A nice place to hang and chill. Great music selection playing at just the right volume to be able to enjoy your coffee, do some work, and relax. Counter staff were excellent and helpful. Will come again for sure.

Family friendly!!! 10 stars!!! Loved it!!! Food was delicious I had a breakfast burrito with both sauses on it and bacon added... The women's bathroom has a full changing table with a cushion pad and everything! I have a newborn so being able to change his diaper on a cushion changing station means the world to me! They have board games coloring books Domino's checkers all sorts of stuff that kept our kids busy while we ate and met with family! It was super nice to find a family-friendly but down-to-earth local place to have a meal and coffee!!!!

Wonderful coffee and the atmosphere was so cozy! It had a ton of seating in separate rooms which makes it great for those who want to study and those who want to chat. Amazing cherry cake too!

Oh, it was great. Got the breakfast burrito and a side of browns. The sauces and seasonings were excellent. Also had the French toast. That was pretty good too.
