My husband and I have been a frequent diner at this Wing Shack but this time leads me to leave a review because one of their employees, Balder was exceptional during our last visit. He answered all our questions promptly and was super friendly as well. When you dine in next time ask for Balder and he’ll take good care of you!

The wings are consistently good, though a bit small and on the expensive side. We love the blue cheese! Service tends to be slow, especially during busy times like weekends, so it’s not the best place if you’re in a hurry.
If you’re craving wings and have some time to spare, Wing Shack is a solid choice.

I am so bummed… never have had a complaint until my last two orders. Had a salad with grilled buffalo chicken… salad was amazing but the little teeny pieces of chicken were not even bite size and probably about 1/4 cup. Next time, ordered traditional wongs, they are so tiny, not even two bites… I don’t like giving bad reviews, I will let one bad experience go but two in a row means I will not go back. :(

We had such a good Sunday dinner here! Balder was extremely helpful- he automatically jumped in to bus a table for us, checked on us during our meal, and provided overall excellent service. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Attempted to order online because the employees are always super rude if you order on the phone. Online system kept rejecting my order with no explanation so I finally called to place my order. Gal that answered the phone immediately put me on hold and kept me on hold for 10 minutes without checking back in. Decided to hang up and just go in to order since we live right by the place. We got in and they were completely dead which indicates the 10 minutes hold was likely malicious in nature. No one came up to greet us.

We went to Jimmy Johns instead.

Haley was so friendly and really quick to assist with my order as this was my first time here and I really am enjoying these great wings. I look forward to visiting your location again when I visit Fort Collins Colorado. haley also showed us the deal of the day which was really helpful because we were trying to optimize our budget
