About half the time when I order buffalo BBQ I get just BBQ. It's a lot down to get sweet when I want hot.

Very poor experience. I have been to this location 25+ times over the years. Today my carryout order consisted of the smallest and most overcooked wings I've ever seen anywhere. Over-fried to the point of the bones breaking in the both the flats and drumettes. Manager could also be heard by the entire restaraunt berating her kitchen staff. Enough of a negative experience on all counts to never return.

I live about 5 minutes away but opted for delivery anyways. All of my food was cold. I'm guessing they didn't bother to use a thermal bag. $5.50 for waffle fries - I got about 3 in tact fries and the rest were broken small little burnt pieces. $5.50 for onion rings - they were basically just breading and were incredibly greasy. Then the veggie nuggets - for the price, the amount is fine. It's unfortunate that they're quite a bit more expensive than actual meat. However, they were all over cooked and very dry (and cold as I mentioned). All in all, with delivery fee, tip (undeserved btw - what was the tip for if the driver couldn't bother to keep my food warm) and the over all price of everything, I don't think I will be eating at Wing Shack again.

The wings were horrible I spent $70 dollars for hard over cooked chicken that they just threw in some sauce. I ordered nuggets and they didn't show up so I called and she refunded me the nugget money. Then I open my food that I waited over an hour for and it was COLD. I live 4 minutes from the store. My food should not have been that cold for waiting over an hour for when they said it would be 30 minutes. I called once to complain about the nuggets and instead of calling to complain about the same order twice, I will just leave this review here instead.

My family and I have been ordering from here for years, but the service and food quality has seemed to go downhill. We tried to order delivery tonight. Their website currently has a delivery button. When we submitted the delivery order, the site stated there was an error and that we’d need to call the store. After calling and being placed on a long hold, we were told by an employee that they don’t deliver. You could avoid wasting peoples’ time by having accurate information on your website, no? Anyways, the past couple years— fries have been soggy, there have been longer waits, and the food quality overall has dropped. What was once one of my favorite Fort Collins restaurants for takeout is off the list at this point. Sadly, I guess I’ll take my order somewhere else.

Everything from the atmosphere down to having to To be told, I have to wait over an hour. Everybody seemed very unhappy because of the poor service and quality of the food I debated and then I just left. I think this is the second or third time I gave it chances. It’s the same thing every time I will just stick to the one in Longmont do not waste your time going here until the management can fix the problem or maybe the management needs to be fixed

Ordered 20 wings (2 different flavors) and a order of fries. Got the order delivered. Guess what....only one flavor showed up and zero fries. This Fort Collins store really needs help. After the last screw up that happened I told myself I wouldn't order again, but I did and was really disappointed again. If these wings get any smaller, you will need to order 20 for yourself. Much better wings in Fort Collins, stop giving your hard earned money to this location.

I've never experienced that in any other restaurant. I also ordered the vegetarian food and the same thing, overdone but also freezer burnt food. I literally am so disgusted I had to write a review to warn anyone else. I would never get this crap again. I'm like so distraught over how bad it was

This is what $6.75 gets you. Flavor was good and wings were cooked well. Plus 20min wait and old fries. I’m sorry but you can do better. At least clean the tables when people leave?

My first time eating here and it was quite pleasant. The staff was awesome and even made recommendations to help me decide on my meal. The funnel cake fries are the best!
