Congrats to the manager and Zac and his staff. I ordered online and somehow DoorDash cancelled my order after more than an hour waiting. I called the store in Fort Collins and the manager explained me why and apologized, even if it wasn’t the store fault. I decided to go and order and pick up, paid my order and when it was ready the manager came out and said to me that the order had been refunded and it was on them. Really great customer experience. Well done and you will see us really soon

We always get food to go from Wing Shack and it’s always great, but dining in today for the first time was even better! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the staff is incredible. It’s definitely not a fancy place, so you don’t expect top notch service, but the staff was very attentive and worked so hard. As former restaurant managers, that’s something we notice.
