Terrible customer service. We ordered two meals worth of wings, which they clearly forgot to put sauce on. Both meals were entirely dry and flavorless, which we didn't realize until we got home in Longmont and opened them up.
We called and talked to a manager, who said she would issue a refund. Long story short, it has been 3 weeks and we keep getting handed off to different people, they claim they can't find our order even though we emailed them the receipt, and every time we call we get brushed off. The customer service for this situation has been horrendous. If they had only taken care of us originally, they wouldn't have gotten this review because I understand mistakes happen, but clearly they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to handling issues with customers. The owner should know about this! They have 100% lost our business at this point. If you promise someone a refund, you should probably follow through next time! Ideally within a few days, not weeks!

This location needed new management for a while. They have a new GM in place and first impression was 100x better. She’s personable and offers attentive service. I called ahead before placing my online order because I had a coupon code, but it wasn’t working through the app/website. She took care of me over the phone and I went in store and picked up my order with no issues.
I visit this location at least twice a month for the past year and a half. Giving 4 stars because I want to make sure it’s not just a one time thing. Prior to this experience with the new GM, I would’ve given them 2 stars, 2.5 at best.
They were super sweet! Gave me the wings plain and the sauce on the side so I could drive it back to Wyoming without it getting weird! They were great!!!

We ordered through Uber Eats for the first time. Our driver was waiting at least 15-20 minutes to pick up our order. When it finally arrived, fries were soggy and classic wings were extremely overcooked, dry, and lacking sauce. Boneless wings and tenders were okay, but for a wrong place, I expected better classic wings. Will go to Wing Shack in the future!

This is our first time trying this place and the chicken was really good, nice and moist chicken with great flavors. We were a little disappointed with the cheese fries. They were soggy and the cheese didn't have any flavor, bland! Overall it was great chicken though which is the most important part.
