I am a big fan of wingstop, particularly for their corn and amazing blue cheese dressing. However, this location is incredibly poor at quality controlling their orders. They're wrong more than correct. Sorry I won't be ordering anymore because it's too unreliable!

Frustrating experience. The manager refused to serve me a beer because their scanner couldn't read my valid New Jersey Driver's License. The issue is that their scanner is an older model that requires a magnetic stripe, but NJ (and many other states) now uses the industry-standard PDF417 barcode. The manager admitted they had no way to override the scanner and wouldn't accept the physical ID as proof of age. It is absurd to rely 100% on technology that is 10 years behind the times

Don't get the mild sauce option. They will always just u give, barely any sauce at all. Might as well order plain wings if ur gonna order mild. The fiery lime tast like awful Korean BBQ. Lemon pepper was good. But I asked for all flats n they gave me all drums buffalo wild wings is always much better.

This place is fast and affordable for an easy lunch. I come often for the $6 chicken sandwiches and huge servings of fries. Service-wise, I recently had an issue with a coupon (it was a corporate-level error) and the in-store staff were helpful working through it with me. They sometimes seem a bit understaffed when it’s busy, but I come here 1-3 times a month and have walked away with a good experience every time. Overall, I appreciate the consistency. And I would choose this place for juicy chicken over all the overpriced fried chicken in Old Town any day.
Change your damn soda bags. This is the 7th time my soda has been straight carbonation. Mistakes happen sure but 7 times?

The wait time is torture. The attention is, at best, poor: You'll wait and endure it. You'll get no customer service and like it. The place is understaffed, mismanaged, and, almost proudly, has no regard for customer service. Staff is either argumentative or huffy about you actually wanting good service.
If you want your wings with a bad experience in a mediocre ambience, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away--plenty of other chicken joints around town.
This was my first time visiting this Wing Stop, and I was very disappointed with the customer service. I placed an online order, and when I got home, I realized my fries were missing. I double-checked the bag and confirmed they weren’t there. I called the store to let them know, mentioning it wasn’t a huge deal since I also work in the industry. The first person who answered put me on hold, and after a few minutes, someone else took the call. I explained the situation, but she insisted she put the fries in the bag and told me to check again, even though I already had. She implied I was lying and abruptly asked if I was coming back to pick them up.
When I arrived at the store, the front employee told the other lady that it was me. The same employee then went back to make the fries, slamming them down in a way that felt unnecessarily aggressive. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but the customer service I experienced was unacceptable.
