The food and service were okay. The issue I have is that they are advertising their boneless wing meal deal for $17.99 on their window, but when rung up, they are charging $20.99 for it. When I brought it up, the employee said she couldn't change the price. Which, I guess is fine, but it's wrong to literally have the advertised price inaccurate. I think illegal too tbh.

The wait time is torture because the attention is, at best, poor: You'll wait and endure it. You'll get no customer service and like it. The place is understaffed, mismanaged, and has no regard for customer service. Staff are either argumentative or huffy about you actually wanting good service. If you want your wings with a bad experience in a mediocre ambience, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away--plenty of other chicken joints around town.

Walk in and a lot of the workers are in the back having a group cussing match in Spanish in the back. I ordered 15 wings; 10 of those wings were either sitting out of for hours or were extremely overcooked. Judging by the taste, I would lean more towards sitting out and they refried them. Which if I'm not mistaken is a health code violation. Also there was hardly any sauce on these wings. The fries were good.

First appearances we it was very clean, even the bathroom was spotless!! One of the ladies noticed my wife's crown she had on for her birthday and one of her coworkers came over(male) and they both wished her a happy birthday and were very kind and friendly. They acted the same way to other guests we saw come in as well, so thank you whoever was working on labor day 2025 during lunch hours! Also, the wings we perfect, just the way I remember wing stop so the consistency hasn't changed in years apparently. I also got Atomic boneless, and they had the A/C cranking which was clutch for the spiciness of them! Great job you guys keep up the excellent work store #2320!

The cashier that greeted me was very friendly although she wouldn’t allow me to pay with cash… I asked her if they were closing soon and she said yes… it was 8:30PM. Google says the store closes at 12AM so I found this a little strange. I received my order very fast which was nice, however, I felt like my order was prepared without much care as my wings barely had ANY flavor. The wings were basically bland. The veggie sticks were great though! Also, there’s no obvious trashcan by the soda machine? Besides the nice cashier, everything else about my visit here was a turnoff so I wouldn’t really recommend this Wingstop. The one in old town is much better!

Imagine my surprise when I ordered Hot Honey Chicken tenders and opening my box of tendies to a cheeto encrusted, dusty Buffalo sauce instead. Since this is the third time its happened, one can only imagine that either someone cant read or a better integration process be used for online ordering.

You would think if you pay $20? 4 fries and 8 chicken wings. You would get more than 15 fries in your basket of fries. They seem to be getting cheaper. And give less product for more money. This used to be a good location to go to but the more you go seems like the less you get, I think they will be.Losing my business from now on

We came in during a big crazy rush. All of the workers worked hard and were on top of everything while dealing with a bunch of customers! They had a great attitude despite the chaos. They did a great job!
