Everything is fried in the same fryer where even the meat is fried. The veggie tamales are vegan but not very good really
First time I ever had Colombian food and it was amazing!

The empanadas are on point. Highly recommend the meat empanada. If you’re a guayaba fan it’s also delicious!

Great food! I'm glad they opened a Colombian restaurant in Fort Collins. The food is flavorful and, for the most part, consistent. I will say that during my last visit, the rice was watery, and the beans lacked the flavor that I was used to. However, I will take that as a fluke. My go-to order has been the bandeja paisa, and I always make sure to grab some extra aji for an extra punch. I highly recommend this spot.

Really enjoyed something different at the Exchange. I'd recommend the empanafs miledo (not sure if that's accurate spelling). Great venue in Fort Collins with lots of locals and dog friendly. I always run into someone I know here so still feels like a small town. Also try the Tequeno or the Buneulo... just delightful!

Food is great. Very unique and everything I've had there has been spectacular! The restaurant is small so be prepared for that. The people are always so nice! I travel from Windsor as often as I can to go here!

My finace was missing home style colombian meals. Yellow crunch hit the spot! This is now a once a week visit. The food is SO good.
You can't go wrong with the guava empanada. If you a ton of protein, go with Picada Mix.
Also, it's a gluten-free heaven.
