It in a tight area. Hard if you have a long bed truck. Parking is iffy not really a designated parking. Small outside walking up area. Great drinks though. They do work hard.

Went there today and got my usual drinks one coffee fireside and a beach bum add vanilla and splash of cream a 24 oz which is about 7 to 8 dollars for that drink with all the add ons. The coffee drink was perfect nothing wrong with that but the beach bum was bad it was separating a lot meaning they just put to much creamer in it that’s why I always indicate over the mic to only put a splash of cream. Had to drop of my roommate then I came back to discuss what to do about it I just requested a refund. Which I think is complete scam it was a 8$ drink and I only get 3$ back like really what is this. Took time to drive back was nice to the lady just explained I didn’t want it even had her throw it away, so they didn’t think I was the only trying to scam them. I come here everyday have been for months this makes me not wanna come back like ever if I know u guys are stealing money from costumers.

BEST customer service ever from a coffee shop. On our way back to Florida and they were super kind and generous. Plus coffee and breakfast sandwiches are delicious!
Good coffee, but they do consistently get my coffee orders wrong. Most of the time, they just don't add whipped cream when asked, but they have also given me a different flavor completely a few times.

Be cautious buying gift cards at this location! My sons paid cash for a $15 gift card for my birthday and when I went to use it, surprise-there was never any money loaded on it. And the employees said “there’s nothing we can do”…. I’m now questioning every gift card I’ve bought at this location before. I spend a lot of money at Christmas for teachers.

Just went back to this Ziggi's and Kenzie went out of her way to make my order happen. This made my day! And it was especially nice given that I have been locked out of my Starbucks account for three weeks and Starbucks can't seem to figure it out and let me back into it. Bad look, Starbucks. GREAT look, Ziggi's and Kenzie!!!
