Every time I go here the staff seem so unhappy and crabby. Today when I went to pay I had to repeat my entire order, he did not take the time to care or even remember my order and needing GF bread. Really bad experience.

Slowest place I've ever been for a simple coffee. Two employees and they can't manage the drive-thru nor walk in customers. Probably a good place if you're retired and don't have anything to do but for those who work for a living and have things to take care of, wouldn't waste your time.

I just came by Ziggis trying to help my dad who is hard of hearing to pick up the order we made. It turns out we made it to the wrong location. I was asking some questions about refunds and the person I was speaking to told me that they couldn’t hear us very well and to pull up. We did pull up and when I asked about placing an order with them they told me I would have to go to the back of the line to do so. I understood that we made the error with ordering however I didn’t understand why we were treated poorly when asking to do the order once more. I wish we would have been not seen as an inconvenience over a simple mistake.The person at the window could have still taken my order and told me to wait for it in front of the business. Especially seeing how we were having difficulty communicating.

I love ziggis and I have given this location so many chances. Every time I come here the girls working the window seem so confused and overwhelmed. I have had a bad experience every single time.Recently we had to wait a very long time for our coffee, the owner gave us some free coffee cards and when we came back to use them and it took 3 of them including the owner to figure out how to use the coupons. The wait for this was 3X as long as the wait that got us the cards. It wasn’t handled well, especially considering the owner was there.Last time today. Won’t be back.
