The food was great and the dining room was clean. The waiter we had was rude, and it definitely seemed like he did not want to be there. I understand everyone has a bad day, but you gotta be friendly with this type of job. Being kind goes a long way.

Los Colorado’s has some of the best smothered burritos, tortas, carne asada, chicharrón (soft & hard) in Fort Lupton. The restaurant is very clean, the food and service are excellent, the owner is a very kind lady who makes time for every customer. ? 100% recommend!
