During previous visit waited for more than 20 minutes for one Oceanwater and a side item when there was no other business beyond a slow drive thru. Otherwise the food and drink tasted good.

Ordered a #7 Chili cheese footlong Coney with onions combo. I got a coney with a lot of cheese, but only a teaspoon of chili on one end & no tots! I asked about the tots and a very shy young girl asked, "what tots, oh did you want a combo?" I proceeded to say yes & she didn't know what to do. I asked again, "May I have some tots for my combo?" The young lady went back inside, returned with some tots, waited for payment, so I gave her the credit card, & the idiots charged me full price for the tots, Not the difference for the combo! I ended up paying $14 instead of the advertised combo price of $9.50. Oh, and the tots were cold and soggy. It's not about the money, but the principal of it. They repeated my order, so they knew exactly what I had ordered. Not returning to this Sonic. But if you like soggy hot dogs drowned in cold cheese with soggy cold tots that you get later, knock yourself out.

Horrible service this place has always been run by a bunch of entitled 15-16 year old children. We sat in the FRONT of the line at the window of the drive-thru for over 15 minutes after already paying and none of the employees seemed to think it was a problem.

Broken menu boards that aren't all marked. So you don't know it doesn't work until no one answers after the screen says red button activated. Visit took forever thanks to that.

I normally have terrible service at fast food spots. But not at sonic today. The lady that was working the drive-through. Let me tell you she was perfection. Absolutely beautiful smile super friendly service. My food was correct on time and hot.Great job!!!!

I had to wait in line for a while. When I got to the window, I was told they don't accept Google/Apple pay. That was the only way I could pay for the food. I waited in line for a bit and I didn't even get my food. First and last time going to Sonic.

At this particular sonic, some of the speakers are completely distorted but also so loud they hurt your ears.You can't understand a word the staff are saying on the kiosk I used. It just an extremely loud crackle. I only managed to complete an order because of the screen readout and a one-way conversation. I saw a couple having some similar trouble with another order kiosk tho that one was slightly intelligible apparently. Whoever owns this particular sonic should be ashamed of themselves. Get some repair and maintenance done on your equipment once in a while. Seems like that's how a proper business owner would behave.
