I normally have terrible service at fast food spots. But not at sonic today. The lady that was working the drive-through. Let me tell you she was perfection. Absolutely beautiful smile super friendly service. My food was correct on time and hot.Great job!!!!
I just went through the drive through and waited 18 min for a hot dog and tater tots. When she did start handing me my food I asked for a bag , because nothing was in a bag. She told me No Ma'am and shut the window. So as I'm now home and go to take a bite of my food, the Freaking HotDog is frozen in the middle.
