Ordered online, waited 1 hr at store for my food. Even had a team member speak to me 5 min after I arrived. After 1 hr they finally looked up my order only to tell me someone had taken it....umm no. I was here 10 min after order was placed. And the order never showed. So I had to wait another 20 min before I had my food. Food was had no taste and was not what taco bell has always been. It was ran by a bunch of high school kids who preferred to joke around and take selfies...
This Taco Bell rocks! The food, especially the hard shell tacos and burritos are AWESOME! Denver area locations don't even come close. They should take a lesson from your location. Will be stopping back anytime were headed up this way!
Had a wonderful experience at the drive through with a employee named Jovanie. Really provided excellent customer service, was friendly and super helpful. I will definitely come back to this Taco Bell every time I'm in town.
