I have had very friendly staff serving me here, but also a few disappointing experiences recently, where my order was mistaken and when I told the lady with the face tattoos of it, she simply said, well, but you were charged for what you're getting.

I ordered a decaf americano with the cookie butter flavor which shouldn’t be too complicated. About two hours after we left, I could tell the drink wasn’t decaf. I am pregnant and very sensitive to caffeine.I started shaking and feeling sick. I started having Braxton hicks contractions and had them all day because of the caffeine. I am at risk for preterm labor and having Braxton hicks all day was very scary and potentially dangerous. I barely slept that night and felt awful the next day.Drinking decaf isn’t a choice for some people, it’s for health reasons and can really affect someone’s health if consumed. This needs to be taken more seriously and staff should be trained on this.I will not be coming back here.

I requested if I could use a $2 cold brew coupon but get a iced coffee instead (a much cheaper item mind you) and they obliged, or so i thought, I requested the add ons and not only did they not give me a iced coffee but the wrong size and did not give me any add ons and neglected to put anything but the flavoring in the beverage.Now I would have been perfectly understandable if you couldn't switch coupons, but to say you will but just simply don't is just flat out disrespectful and rude.I'm irritated not only by the principle but the beverage itself to because it tastes awful due to it being cold brew.Truly a disapointing and partially enraging experience all around.

Rude rude rude. That’s how they were.I ordered on the app. All they had to do was be nice and hand me the order. Couldn’t do that.Comparing donuts to let’s say Shipley - Dunkin’ is not good. But they did the job for a work meeting.My drink was made wrong even though I ordered through the app.Just not going back.

I placed a mobile order to get a dozen donuts and 25 donut holes to be picked up in the drive thru. I got in the line at about 8:30. It took 45 minutes to get through the line only to be told that they didn’t have my order because they couldn’t print it out and I’d have to come in the store. It took an additional 15 minutes to get through the in store line only for the order to not be ready. I had to show my receipt to the cashier so they could get me my food. All in all it took AN ENTIRE HOUR to get 12 donuts and 25 donut holes.
