The girl with face tats(one looked like cherries) made my food; first off she has a terrible attitude for the food service industry, secondly the bacon i ordered was soggy and I don't believe anyone actually enjoys it that way, and finally there was a puddle of bacon greasy/liquid at the bottom of the bacon bag. They had a few orders going at the same time, but I don't feel like that is an excuse.
I went in this morning for a treat and they were so busy! However, the staff was at 10x speed getting orders completed and out to customers. The customers were not being the most polite and this team completely rocked it. I think the employee who helped me was Alyssa. They were out of an item and she very politely let me know then replaced it with a similar item. I worked at Dunkin' back in college and I know a good running Dunkin' when I see it. I have had very friendly staff serving me here, but also a few disappointing experiences recently, where my order was mistaken and when I told the lady with the face tattoos of it, she simply said, well, but you were charged for what you're getting.
