Usually great coffee... I liked when they use to be opened at 0400 cause I work on Ft. Carson super early & now it's at 0500 & only way I can drink their coffee in the morning is if I buy it evening before... I really miss their old hours & I'm sure others are too...
I order for walk in pick up and after I got my donuts and coffee pretty quick after I was greeted. Once I got my order I walked out. I got in my vehicle and left. A few minutes later I went to grab a donut and I was shorted 1 donut. There were plenty of donuts on the racks. I’m not sure why I was shorted. I’ve tried to call the shop but no luck. They pickup but apparently they can’t hear me.
Need to do a better job at interviewing your team. Bad customer service.
