Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed feedback. The service is overall great and the baristas are nice, with some employees like Devin and Carolyn providing excellent help by explaining the Starbucks lingo and offering sweet, superior service. Many find it fast with nice people. However, the quality of the coffee is a hit-or-miss depending on who’s working and the time of day. About 7/10 times, orders are either messed up or made badly, such as making the frappes liquified into iced coffee with melted ice. A major complaint is the lack of a number system; customers wish they would hear their number when their order is ready, instead of missing announcements. This has led some to stop tipping, stating that a $3.35 or $3.50 coffee is all they want. Despite the iffy product quality, customers continue to come because it is the closest Starbucks to where they need to be and the people are pretty nice, with the convenience factor being a strong pull.
