Safeway in Fountain is an absolute joke of a store. I think they are deliberately trying to go out of business when the new grocery store opens. I absolutely HATE the new digital coupons that never work right and waste my time. Carts are rarely restocked, even when the store isn't busy. Produce often has issues with mold or bruises. Bad Bad Customer Service with Michelle on multiple occasions. Today I went to EXCHANGE a pack of paper towels because I mistakenly bought select a size, upon telling Michelle the case she asked if I had a receipt which I didn't and she proceeded to make a frowning face, so I told her I use the app and I'm pretty sure my receipt is on my app. She cut me off mid sentence and said that won't show up for her, and she couldn't pull it up.
