Ok listen, this is the best green chili in Douglas/Elbert county hands down. Smother it on the el carnivero breakfast burrito with carnitas and chorizo and you have happiness on a plate to start your day. I love this place and continue to come back for the fantastic service and food made with love.

Having been to Adriana's many times over the years, I can confidently say they have some of the best authentic Mexican cuisine anywhere in Colorado. I'm particularly partial to the carnitas plate and basically everything on offer for breakfast, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
Additionally, the atmosphere and service here are absolutely top-notch, and the staff are always friendly, considerate, and personable. I would absolutely recommend Adriana's to anyone looking for amazing Mexican food and atmosphere, whether local or visiting from out-of-town.
I’ve been passing by this gem for years now and finally stopped in. I ordered the waitress’ recommended green chile enchiladas. 10/10. I never give out 10s by the way. Very authentic, spicy, great service with a smile. I wish this beautiful restaurant endless success.

Just out driving and saw this little place in Franktown. Greeting with the warmest smiles, seated fast.
It’s rare these days to see such happy and joyful ladies working. The whole place is happy.

Cadence is the sweetest and has the best smile! All of the ladies were fantastic but she was so happy and attentive. Truly makes you appreciate a real family business!!!
