My wife had a very very bad experience with the service today. I don't recommend anyone go there unless you are willing to be treated poorly. The worst part is the poor service was over a requested refill of a fountain drink that would have cost them less than a dollar.

What an awesome Franktown restaurant. Great salsa... The jalapeño poppers were perfect. Got the #1 which had great flavor and the carne asada looked great

We made a reservation, which they said we didnt, and when seating there was confusion. When we asked to sit together, the 1 person who spoke enough English to communicate with us was very rude.

We've been her before, and we never have to wait to be seated. They are quick to take your order, and the food is delicious. I ordered horchata for the first time and it was delicious.
Parking: The parking can be a little tight at times, and they really should improve the lighting in the parking area for night customers.

Yummy breakfast burrito! We visited for the first time this weekend for breakfast. Everyone greeted us with smiles and the atmosphere was vibrant/festive. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. The breakfast burrito was large enough for us to share and came smothered in green chili with lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and sour cream. We will definitely be back to try more.

As a marketing professional and a customer these people running the restaurant give out Michelin flavor, ambiance and service to this tiny place in Franktown. The cleanliness is so superb that I could have had my meal in the bathroom. From the bathroom to the kitchen this place is beautifully maintained and it's a feast to the eyes, heart and belly. I recommend the tortas but the octopus ceviche and "molcajetes are to die for." We were helped by Guadalupe, who will be a wonderful and caring entrepreneur in the near future. The love is felt as soon as one walks in. The hard work and dedication are plain to see and this place is a jewel in a tiny town like Franktown but I see it succeeding in bigger cities. Please support them and let Guadalupe know how important a role she has and how bright a future in business she will see. I posted my picture half eaten because I just could not wait. These servings are big and delicious. Thank you !!

The customer service is HORRIBLE.
We have been reoccurring customers for years at this restaurant. The owner (the woman) has always been rude to us and yet we never understood why.
My sister-in-law asked for a side of rice and one of the supporting staff randomly gave us fries? We let them know that we wanted rice and not fries. The owner (the woman) saunters over like she doesn't want to be there and threw the plate of rice at us as if WE are inconveniencing her when all we wanted was rice. She condescendingly said here's your rice without even looking at us and walks off.
My daughter ordered the three tacos and the waiter didn't ask whether it was soft or hard tortillas and before the food came out we quickly asked them to make sure that it was soft tortillas. It does NOT say on the menu that the tacos are served hard shell. They gave her her tacos and then the other owner (the woman's husband) said condescendingly with a face that if we wanted soft tacos then we should've asked and yet nowhere on the menu it says the tacos are automatically served hard shell?
My husband calmly and peacefully approached the owner (the husband) and said we want to come back but please don't act rudely when it wasn't our fault regarding the incident with the three tacos order. And all of a sudden, the woman walks over and starts YELLING at our face and saying that it's our fault and started yelling about a subject we weren't even talking about (the three tacos). She started going up to my face and called me all sorts of names. She says that every time I come here I always cause problems. Yet, I'm confused? They've always served us well and I never had problems. It makes me think that she's confusing me with someone else. My sister-in-law was trying to defend me as a person who would never do the things that she says I did and then the woman goes on to say that "well I'm the devil then!" It was getting to the point where it was becoming a yelling fest, so my husband escorted me out and the woman says she hopes I never come back and that she has "plenty" of customers. Well... I can tell you right now that I will NEVER come back so she gets her wish.
EDIT: My response to owner’s reply,
You say I’m violent and you say I’m rude, yet, what would that make you? I’m not going to comment about your daughter cause that is none of my business and I believe we should keep family out of something that is between us. FIRST OF ALL, you say this is the eighth time (you keep count?), if we had tension between us the first time, WHY would I go back 7 more times to the same restaurant if I had a bad experience the first time? I’ve never confronted you about anything, this is the first time. For years I’ve brought family and friends to your restaurant cause I loved your food and it was the best in Franktown.
Yeah, you say you have a video but I bet you that that same video shows you yelling in my face about something I didn’t even do. I was not the one to scream in your face and I was not the one who started it. My husband was calmly discussing with your husband about the taco issue and yet, it was not your business, but you butted into their cordial conversation and just started yelling and wanted it to be your business. I was embarrassed that I told my family how good of a restaurant it was and then this event happened.
Lastly, wasting food? Changing our mind? We asked for more rice and yet you gave us fries? How was that our fault? If you got the order right the first time then that wouldn’t have happened. Regarding the tacos, you didn’t redo the whole plate, just the tacos. Three little tacos is not the same as wasting WHOLE PLATES of food. I apologize for the confusion on the type of tortilla but you didn’t have to be disrespectful about it.
Anyways, you don’t need to show me anything because the impo
