“we just had the smokehouse cater a event in grand junction for a 3 day event and man did they go over and above with service and product. the crew sean and his guys showed up and made eating easy they had all kinds of food with huge portions and evey side you could imagine. very professional service and top shelf food will use for every event we put on from here on out. rate the 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ great job guys as always come get smoked out and sauced up“

“To start their was some confusion with getting 9 seated. They got it figured out and all worked out just fine. However, if it wasn’t a weeknight I do not think it would have been possible. We ordered ahi tuna ceviche, lobster tacos and surf + turf tacos …. Everyone really enjoyed. Strawberry Fresca was delicious (nice to have a yummy drink option that’s non alcoholic). No kids menu but waiter was super accommodating, recommended less spicy menu items, and even made some chicken tenders for part of our group. Will definitely come back.“

“We offer a nice variety of food and a pleasant sports bar environment, with good drinks and even brownie and Sunday options for dessert, stop in and enjoy!!! I especially recommend the bison blue burger or the Philly cheese steaks!!!“

“First time there last night. Family owned and run. Small place so make a reservation. Service was warm and friendly and more personal than typical restaurant. Kinda like family service. We had ravioli and bison short ribs and pork belly as appie. All were excellent. Definitely recommend giving solstice a try.“
