I can’t say enough great things about this place. We had Christmas Eve dinner here tonight and it was absolutely spectacular. Not only the service, but the food itself was phenomenal. I consider myself a scallop snob, and these were the best I’ve ever had! Delicious mocktails and dessert too! The chef outdid herself 😍😍😍

Solstice Bistro absolutely blew me away. The food was fantastic. Beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with real care. But what really made the night exceptional was the service. The server was outstanding: warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even dining alone, I felt completely welcomed and looked after. Highly, highly recommended!

BEWARE - Prime Rib on Wednesday nights is misleading. We made reservations and specifically asked about the prime rib and confirmed that it would be available. We arrived at 6:00 and were told they were out of prime rib. Our waitress proceeded to tell us that a local resident calls ahead for them to hold prime rib for him and pays them extra to do so. Just beware they offer it but it might night be available.

If you haven't eaten here do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a meal here. Don't let the exterior fool you because even though its in a shopping center the inside atmosphere is welcoming and well decorated. We were warmly welcomed and the service was great. Answering questions, helping with special dietary restrictions, offering suggestions all without us feeling rushed. Thanks for taking care of us for our date night Liz. The food came out coursed with great timing. Oh and the food was amazing! We both had the shrimp and scallops pasta but mine was made gluten free friendly with rice noodles. The combination of flavors, with great texture and cooked perfectly. Honestly some of the best scallops Ive ever had with a light crust and cooked to perfection, not a hint of rubberyness that you get when they are overcooked. Melt in you mouth amazing. The sauce had fantastic flavors but wasnt overpowering. Im writing this review the day after and still thinking about my amazing meal. I read that they have prime rib nights on Wednesdays so I think we'll have to come back and try that! Sioux and Tito thank you for hosting us we'll be back soon. Please thank your kitchen staff for treating us to such culinary delights.

A MUST VISIT if you are in the area!

This is THE BEST family owned and operated bistro in the business! Shannon made me the best vesper martini. I had to come back the following week to see her sister, Lauren, who made the Mai Thai of a life time. Carter, the executive chef, is getting employee of the month from me because the Tuna tataki was off the charts and the prime rib special on Wednesdays made me have wet dreams. Between the ambiance, decor and Shannon’s charming smile it is difficult to say what is the best of the best about this place. At the end of the day, it all rocks - hardcore.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had! The mushroom soup that came with the meal was fantastic, and everything from the drinks to the dessert was absolutely delicious.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Solstice in June 2025. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the space was cozy and intimate for our group. Thank you Sue for a wonderful evening with you and your staff!
