Solstice Bistro creates a very intimate dining experience. Low lights, soft music, PHENOMENAL FOOD! My date and I had the Braised Bison Short Rib and the Cattleman’s Cut Brisket (10/10 highly recommend!). The drinks were off the charts as well. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely give this place a visit!

What a hidden gem! Delicious food and amazing service. Griffin was excellent and will be definitely coming back. Ordered the carpaccio, short ribs, smoked salmon, and brisket and every single plate was delicious. And finishing with the cheesecake was the cherry on top. Such a lovely place!

Wow! This food was amazing!! I am still thinking about the Chicken Pesto dish. Our meal came with an interesting coconut mushroom soup I would absolutely order again, but I wouldn’t be brave enough to order it without trying it first! The atmosphere was so cozy. Thank you for an excellent dining experience.

We stopped in for a quick bite after a big day on the mountain. Staff was warm and friendly, cocktails well thought out, and food perfectly executed. Loved the tempura oyster mushrooms, pork belly, and salmon crostinis!!! We'll definitely be back for more!

Just wow is my wife’s comment. We are blown away at the service, food and atmosphere. Great cozy, quaint restaurant tucked off the main road. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Haven’t had a meal quite like this in along time. Hats off to everyone at Solstice Winter Bistro. Highly Recommend.
