I have utilized several professional caterers over the years. Highly recommend.
We fell through the cracks although we signed a contract 75 days prior to our wedding, paid 50% deposit, talked weekly with our point of contact. She called 18 days after we signed our contract asking if we had been charged as she didn’t have a receipt. (we signed a contract and they had a payment schedule) she took payment.
