If I could give it a zero I absolutely would by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The entire gas station is out of gas. None of the pumps are working and they’re still allowing people to drive around and try every single pump while they sit and watch and then tell people sorry go somewhere else instead of letting people know That out of gas

Worst customer service experience.The cashier just could not look away from his phone for 2 seconds to help a customer. I would get rid of the guy quick he is going to make someone angry the way he acts. Basically irritated about doing his job

Men's room is nasty as hell.Urinals clogged and there's a puddle in front of it.At least the toilet works but apparently they don't know how to clean off a toilet brush.Next time I'll just use the dumpster out back.

This store is awful. The employees never allow you to enter in your reward number or void it behind the scenes, forcing customers to pay the full, non-advertised price. It's shameful...

Tried to pay for gas using my card here but it declined, used my girlfriends card which went through. About a week later we both have identical $97.42 charges on our bank accounts from this 7-11. Don’t pay with your card here.

Terrible customer service. I've been in this location a handful of times and haven't had a problem until today. The new Arabian man that works there tried to charge me $25 for 1 pizza using ebt. I told him no it's always been $10 and some change and insisted on him running the transaction for ebt. He said no and that it was $25. I'll go ahead and not go to this location anymore for their messed up prices and employees that are too incompetent to do anything.

Went in for a gold sweet tea, they had a sale price stating 2 for $3, I got 2 went to the counter, entered my phone number, the employee rang them up and he tells me $5.67, I tell him the sign says 2 for$3 I begin to walk back to the cooler to double check he yells I know what it says, so your not going to honor that price? Both employees refused, I left feeling like this 7 11 is stealing from their customers

Clerks that work at this 7/11 are terrible. 0 customer service skills. Product price was marked with an old price, I asked if he is willing to match the price displayed on the shelf and he basically ignored me. I asked again and he just said “No”. Which is fine I guess, but literally no customer service skills. Other times it seems like you are just bothering them. Ignore this place unless you have no other options.

Place is a dump!!! Mens bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned in about a week. Trash all over the floor, sinks dirty, no toilet paper! Customer service was horrible. Cashier was on the phone and it sounded like a personal call. I seemed to be an inconvenience to him.
