This place is a local go-to for work lunch or when I just don't want to cook dinner and want a perfect sammy. My absolute fave though is the Tijuana Street Fries - crispy fries topped with plenty of pulled pork, pico de Gallo, cotija cheese, picked jalapenos and tasty cream. We've even ordered the party size for a work lunch and it fed 9 of us with some leftover! Never disappointed at Butcher and the Blonde.

We got the pork tacos. They are super delicious, however, the first time they were very dry and the second time we got pico because the person on the phone said there were no limes and honestly started recommending other items. Please get limes.

Always enjoyed their food truck at various north Denver breweries, but they pulled back into their restaurant location in Frederick around pandemic time. So we decided to find and try them out again. We got a table at Mountain Cowboy brewery and got a menu for Butcher & The Blonde at the bar. We ordered by phone for delivery; they said 15 minutes and it was exactly that! And what great food! We split the Dry Rub burger and added green chile smothered fries instead of regular fries. They split the burger and fries into two separate containers for us. Just excellent green chile with a lot of pulled pork in it. This is the way to eat their food. We'll be back!
