The night staff are rude and the food is not cooked well done and it made me sick and my daughter's sick the food was cold and the staff was rude it seems to be a lot of young kids that know nothing about customer service and manners

Unfortunately this chipotle is awful my wife loves chipotle restaurants but we just can't go to this specific location
Portion sizes are a joke and we are 110 lbs 5 feet 3 inches and it's not even enough food for us!!!! And the employees look at you weird for asking for more beans and rice when it's free!!
It just baffles me that no matter how polite I am or respectful I always get an attitude back with rude demeanor
Ever since the first week corporate left after training this place has become a joke

Yikes yall. We placed an online order at 7:15 for 7:30. Arrived in the drive through at 7:28 and joined the drive though pick up line as the 5th or 6th car in line. 30 minutes later we are the 2nd car with no movement in at least 15+ minutes. After being unable to connect via phone (super unhelpful ai system btw) I decided to get out of our car and go inside for our order (which is soggy at this point) and inform the workers that the drive through was very badly backed up. I received our food and walked back to the car to be greeted by other people walking from their cars, stuck in line but fed up with waiting. So badly handled. Someone said it was extra busy due to a fundraiser but it's wild that it would inconvenience this many people this badly due to poor planning. Won't be back

I’ve gone to three different stores and they’re all the same, undercooked rice, raw tortillas, that gross aftertaste. It’s like an expensive Taco Bell. I’m done eating there!

Worst Chipotle we've ever experienced in Colorado. Items are never fresh, items are spilling into other items, never clean inside. Have been 3 times. The worst. I'll definitely continue to drive to other locations.

They gave me raw steak in my bowl I went back to Tell them and manager said that is how they are supposed to make it now I love medium rare steak but this was straight up red meat raw I’m sure it has to reach a temp to be actually safe to consume or something 😩she said the new guy was making the food and didn’t offer refund or say sorry she just gave me a free entree for the next time I go. I’ve had previous bad experiences like hard rice in the entire bowl, I’m not one to be mean or rude but just to let yall know they don’t check they meat so if your pregnant skip out on this one!wish I took a photo but honestly not worth my time.

You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes you go and the burritos are what you expect to get from Chipotle. Most times the burrito is either too small, very little meat, cold or very poorly wrapped. I love Chipotle but this location needs either more training for their employees or just new ones all together. I paid full price for 2 burritos. Showed up at the pick up time and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to end up with half the size of burrito you normally get.

The staff seem to have no clue half the time. Had a door dash order it wasn’t quite ready no biggie, until they just stopped and were waiting for chicken the one girl kept staring at me like I should know how to do her job. Another girl finally went and pulled chicken off the front line to finish the order. They just don’t seem very trained.

I waited 5 minutes to have my order taken with one person in front of me, then was given a minimal amount of steak so I asked for double. Then waited another couple minutes till someone checked me out.

Needs better management. I've ordered 3 times here, and holding off now. Online ordering is never ready on time and usually missing items or not accurate. Also I've always eaten out, but the tables and counters are always messy with food scraps.

Sat in the drive through for 28 minutes…! If the persons order isn’t ready and they get in the drive through they should send them around not making people wait almost 30 minutes. Food was cold and soggy

I have been to this location twice and both times they did not honor the double protein I paid for. The portions were extremely small and not worth the price. Chipotle has become very stingy which is disappointing given how expensive it is now. I recommend ordering in person instead of online so you can see how much you are being served and speak up if needed.
