I have visited this store 3 times and have been less than impressed every time. The dining area is always dirty. No clean place to sit, drink station is sticky and melting ice on the counter. The staff is less than engaging or approachable. I have yet to meet a manager or shift lead. 5 guys is expensive and don't give me a reason to return.

The best burger I’ve ever had in my life, definitely worth the higher price. They even threw in a free drink because the app didn’t send my order in until I got there to pick up the food. Staff is really nice.

These employees seem careless about making high quality burgers. This is the 3rd time I’ve got a charred burger with hard chewy spots in it. The milk shakes also wasn’t even close to blended enough, I couldn’t even drink it through the straw. Someone needs to step up and make a change cause this is inconsistent bad quality 5 guys

I used the online order function, and it says to wait 5-10 minutes to wait for the order. I know that's not going to be accurate, so I take my time, do some chores, then leave, probably 20 minutes after my order was made. I live 5 mins away. I get a huge line and no order. I go to King's Supers, still no order. 45 minutes later, after waiting in line, I got the food. I am not angry, I just think maybe pass on online orders for the next few months since this is a new location.

Very good compared to the Longmont, Broomfield or Lafayette locations. We got the food all the way home and the fries were still crispy. It's most likely because it's a new opening and all the employees were trained properly and haven't had time to get lazy with it yet but I'll take it for now! It was the best 5 Guys I've had in years since they got really big

I'm usually a busy husband, but decided to go out of my way and get food for the family after work. We landed on Five Guys and when I placed my order online, I thought it was going to be cold, but to my surprise it was hot and even the fries were crispy. Friendly staff, heart warming environment! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
