I'm sorry but meeting a friend at 8:30 in the morning for coffee at MECO and having a sexually explicit derogatory music playing is disgusting, totally inappropriate for a business. I was appalled and I walked out. I can't bring my children there. There was explicit descriptive music on of sexual acts with foul language at 8:30 in the morning at a public coffee house, totally unacceptable.

You'll have to wait in line, but it's worth it. Always crowded, always fun. It's hard to find a place to sit inside that has a clean table, but if it's nice out - sit outside. Great for families, couples, groups, everyone.

Came to the Valentine's Pre Fixe dinner and WOW was SO good. Excellent menu. Food was delicious. Service was great, especially coming from a place that doesn't normally DO wait service. I hope they host other events! The flowers from Flour + Flower are BEAUTIFUL as well!

First time trying Mecco Coffee (to go) and it was so good!!!! My friend brought it back and everything was delicious, the burritos were flavorful, the ham and Swiss croissant was perfectly flaky, and the vanilla latte was spot on. It is her go to spot and I totally see why. Even as a to - go experience, it impressed. Definitely looking forward to visiting in person next time!!!

We came for the fish and chips here and I was not disappointed!! The fish and chips were perfectly crispy and the tartar sauce was wonderful. The waffle fries were also top notch! My girlfriend for a Caesar salad wrap without the chick and loved it! We topped the night off with a pitcher of a lovely raspberry beer. The ambiance here is super cozy and fun. I’ve been needing a local spot to grab fish and chips!

I love it in here. My Mom visits from the UK and this is the first place she wants to go to.
All the staff are wonderful, they make you feel so welcome and remember your drinks. They’ve even seen me pull up and my coffee is ready by the time I’ve got to the counter. I often work from here between visits during the week because the coffee is tasty and there are lots of plugs for laptops. The food is great too - I really like the savory pastries but the burgers are so very tasty. We’ve never had a bad experience here.
The quiz nights and crafting events are good too. It’s nice to have a place to go in Frederick again, as when this unit was between owners, there wasn’t a place to go to sit with a book or do some work. I see familiar faces from around the town too.
It’s easy to walk to from Silverstone development which is a huge bonus. However, if you’re passing through, it’s in the heart of downtown Frederick so there’s plenty to see all in walking distance.
