Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

I love this location the people here are so friendly today I was greeted at the drive-thru by a young lady named Marlena she is awesome I see her there quite often she always makes me feel like I'm right at home she's very knowledgeable about the menu she recommends very good and tasty meals she always has a smile on her face she always goes above and beyond to make sure I have all that I need before I leave thank you Santiago's for hiring such wonderful people Marlena you're a rock star keep up the good work

25 minutes waiting on 9 regular breakfast burritos and one smothered. My husband was kind enough to go in to not hold up the drive through, yet the drive through and others walking into the restaurant were right out in minutes. To make matters worse, the order was not even correct so he had to go back in while I sat in the car with our screaming babies. Again, watching people walk in and then out with their orders, drive through running without delays, and not even an apology from the store. The icing on the cake- when my husband was in for the second time they tried to charge him again for what was missing. STILL no apology after showing the receipt and waiting another 10 minutes. Garbage customer service and the only difference I could see for the others being served before him was the color of their skin. (Side note- in case you try to say his order took long because of the size of the order or maybe others called theirs in and picked up, that is 100% not the case- in fact two other people placed similar sized orders after him and were in and out long before him- they did happen to have a different skin color though, so glad to see your staff prioritizes.).

I love how a burrito can be customized. The hot green chili is HOT. I order 1/2 hot and 1/2 mild. I live in New Mexico. This restaurant is as good as any in NM.

I've been beyond disappointed with Santiago in Firestone. I brought my High School son to eat with me for lunch and He wanted to use the restroom and was denied bathroom entry. We were told it's due to management and that High schoolers are not allow to use the restroom. What's more disgusting about this is that they are willing to take our kids money but not allow to use the restroom? DON'T ALLOW them at Santiagos period. No restroom privileges no business for all who have children at are going to High school. I will never come again to any Santiago franchise. I encourage the same from our friends and family until they change the restroom rule.

Bought 2 bean and chicharron burritos hot with cheese for lunch got my burritos No hot green Chile no cheese and chicharrones taste like they were cooked in old oil

Just ordered a chicken and rice burrito and tamales. The tamales were good but the chicken in the burrito tasted like it came from a can. It was very gross, so it got thrown away.

We always order smothered burritos and the tacos. The food always tastes good.
