This is such a great, new addition to the area. We have always gone to this location for coffee and beer. When it was Mountain Cowboy and now Meco. Great environment - a place you want to hang out for a bit and feels like home. We've celebrated birthdays and events here and have spent many hours working and hanging out with friends. So, this new addition of Serrated Burger is so wonderful. My daughter and I came to get some work done and loved the food. I ordered the loaded waffle fries and she got a buffalo chicken wrap. Both were big portions, had a ton of flavor, and were so tasty. The gentleman who helped us was happy, friendly, and gave great recommendations to help us order. Next time I will try a burger!

I tried serrated burger since Bad Daddy’s in Longmont shut down. I wanted a quality thick burger and they have exactly that. I cannot seem to order through door dash but don’t mind going to pick it up. They are always super nice and the food was very fresh. So much better than I ever expected!!!! I’ve tried the jalapeño popper burger and the mushroom Swiss both were great. The only thing that might make it better is if they offered a fried egg for the burgers.

So good! Tried this place for the first time recently, and was really impressed. The burgers were fresh and delicious, the fries and homemade ranch were perfectly seasoned. Definitely recommend and will be back! Also love the ambiance of the MeCo building for dining. Great experience overall.

Absolutely phenomenal for a local burger bar! I had the Philly burger with goat cheese and it was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. My wife had the chicken caesar wrap and she said that it was amazing as well! Great job all around.

Service was great, food was amazing. Would definitely recommend! It's in a shared co-op space, so you can also get desserts, coffee and drinks from the other businesses. And there's a communal place to sit and an arcade. Plenty of food that I had leftovers for lunch the next day.

I love the ambience and feel of being in an old building and the great food! There is a stuffed cookie business, the burger restaurant, and a bar and coffeehouse, all in this one space. You can wander between them and order from any of them. Our burgers were cooked to order with generous portions, and the waffle fries were well seasoned. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable given the portions.

The food is great, the vibe is relaxing and comfortable. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. I had the Philly Burger with BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese, and my sister had the Jalapeno Popper Burger. My burger was honestly the best burger I've had in a long time and the waffle fries were also delicious!
