Manager was completely not in the mood to prepare food, asking questions and she was not happy to answer other worker preparing the toppings did not understand anything I was saying and was not listening to requests made overall SLOPPY

Well, I love subway most of the time but I was disappointed at the service here on 8/30/25 at about 8:05pm when we stopped in to order sandwiches. I don’t mind waiting for sandwiches, but the store was empty and the worker there completely ignored us. He was switching out the bar containers which is fine but then he went on to continue making his to go orders without even looking at us or saying hi or anything and we waited patiently but then left because he clearly was hoping we old just go. Very disappointing since I usually enjoy Subway. I hope this location can do some customer service training because if he had just said hi and hold on a minute while I finish this quickly, I probably would have stuck around.

There is consistently always one person working the lunch rush at this location. The 2nd employee/ manager is never upfront to serve clients during the lunch rushes. I have walked out of the subway multiple times due to the line and only one person upfront, running the store. Should not take half an hour to get a sandwich at Subway.

Arrived to Subway 10 min before close and the gentleman shut off the lights and ran to lock the door. We had just traveled 4 hours from Mexico and booked it from the airport and were starving. I know we were close to the close of business, just sucks you wouldn’t take our business due to what seems to be “laziness”.

I walk inside to a very warm greeting to a red haired woman by the name of Cori. Extremely polite and professional, very intuitive and listened to what I wanted. Never once did I have to repeat myself. Made a bit of small talk while she was in the process of making my sandwich and before you know it... the process was done and I was on my way out the door.
Thank you for being professional and friendly, this is extremely hard to find these days unless they are paid management.
Kudos.

I have been coming here to pick up a sub on my way home from work and I would order the same thing every time and the biggest thing I noticed is that the price of my meal would change. One day it would be around $12 and then another day I come the same meal would be $19. When I would mention it to them they would tell me that they change the prices like every week. I'm not sure if I'm getting scammed or what the deal is. I never see a manager around and if there is I am going to tell them about what's happening. If this keeps going on I won't be coming back. Definitely would not recommend going to this Subway if you value your money

I normally have no issue with this reatauramt. The staff are young and usually friendly. That said, I opted for an online order this evening - for convenience. Their website was slow and filled with constant lag. Then I paid for my food - $46.03 - which I have proof of on my bank app.
However their website would not show record of the transaction - instead prompting me to do it AGAIN.
When I called the restaurant I was told by whatever poor kid was manning the store that the manager says they don't keep record of the transactions apparently and since they hadn't received the order there was nothing they could do. But I could come in and pay for it AGAIN.
I spent YEARS working in restaurants and I know FOR A FACT that they have record of all transactions made at or TO the store. Regardless of whether or not the order came through.
They could have verified my purchase and chose not to.
So I got screwed out of my dinner AND my money.
What a joke.
The manager should be fired.

The staff was so friendly and the food was fantastic! We were greeted immediately and the staff was incredibly kind and personable. Restrooms were clean, and dining area was clean & well-arranged. Great place to stop for a quick lunch!
