What happened to the customer is always right? I just wanted some BBQ chicken!!!! They made me a teriyaki chickeis fine. But they didn’t have any BBQ sauce!!! So I went and grabbed some sauce from the store next door and came back to subway to eat. After I sat down ready to eat my BBQ chicken sandwich I bit into it but it wasn’t toasted like I asked. So I went up to the counter and asked the lady if she could toast it for me. She said NO that’s considered cross contamination. CONTAMINATION FROM WHAT? The air? Then she asks me for the sandwich. I give it to her. She throws it away!!! Why did you do that???? I asked?! She says I’ll make you a new one. I say back to her, without BBQ SAUCE!!! I’ll refund it to you. So she refunded me the sandwich. But I didn’t want a refund I wanted my BBQ SANDWICH!!!!!! I asked her if she could take it out the trash for me. She says NO. So poor customer service lady. I guess she was the manager. But she couldn’t just re toast my sub.. SMH ?‍♂️

2 young kids served us on Sep 12 around 3 pm. They were awesome. They were super friendly, polite and curious to learn about different cultures and people.This was the best veg sub I had in past 13 years.

I would like to shout out the subway staff on 8/22 for making my sandwich perfect and exactly how I ordered it! That is rare in the subway in Brighton. I would have taken a photo but I ate too fast! Thank you curly haired cute Subway girl! I'll be back! I work in Longmont and go past all the time. I'm so glad I stopped! This was an online order.

worst prromotion I have ever endured,, told you could go try a new sandwich july 11,,A LUNCHTIME TYPE SANDWICH NOT BREAKFAST SANDWICH..ok worth a try,,,so I get in store waiting for other to be serviced,, get to counter and ask young lady to please tell me about the promotional sandwich, expecting to hear bread type, what meats, any sauces, you know a chance for running through the script and getting some advertising,,,..but all I hear is "sorry its 12:03, you missed it" REALLY?? A lunch promotion that ENDS at noon?? so all of the people that work around your store that dont even get lunch untill 12:00 are not invited to be included in your promotion?,, I think that is a really poor choice Bruce,,,

I just wanted to say that this location was clean, such as the lobby and their work area. Both gentlemen working on 7/3/2023 at approximately 1845, were very welcoming, polite, clean, and friendly. I know that the food service industry is often taken forgranted now days. However, I appreciate these two young men and their welcoming attitude.

I walked in to order a sandwich, I was told by a girl with pink/purple hair that they only did online and door dash orders, I went on there online app and ordered, 2 customers walked in and order there food, I asked the person making the sandwiches about only online and door dash, he said he didn’t know what I was taking about, that they always do walk in orders, bad attitude!!!!!! Bad customer service!!!!!

It's been a while since I've been to a Subway and now I'm wondering why I don't go more often. The food was just as good as I remember it. The servers were particularly nice. My father is a little hard of hearing so they had to repeat themselves a couple times and I had just run a half marathon so I was a bit of a mess. Yet, the servers were unphased. I will be adding Subway back into my regular rotation based on this visit.

Walking in to smiles from Rachel behind the counter. I had three subs to order and we crushed out all of them in an efficient manner. Then I had Ryan doing the second part of the transaction. A really great guy that listened to my choices and made three perfect subs.I’ve come here many times, but this is the first time I’ve been compelled to put in a review. It’s always been a good experience, but this time was even better than ever.My sub tasted great and I totally appreciate the good vibes from this experience.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is hungry.

The food was really good. I had the Mexicali. I would recommend it. What really delighted me was the people working there. They seemed to be genuinely pleased to have a job, be at work, and be helpful. They were friendly and polite. It's pretty rare it seems to get that kind of service in the fast food industry these days. It makes for a great atmosphere.

Clean for a subway. Veggies seemed super fresh and employees were very sweet but looked really young. Good for them starting awesome work ethic as teenagers! Never had a problem at this location.

Very unprofessional, I understand they are teenagers and are learning but a manager or someone older should be there supervising. A young boy with long hair had no protection over his head, could be wearing at least a hat, he was not working the food court at the time when I got there, he was with a couple of friends at the tables, when he went back to make my sandwich didn’t even bother to wash his hands just put gloves on. The other two girls had their hair in a pony tail but the one working on my sandwich had strings of hair in front of her face and touched my food with it! I hope next time I go back there will be some kind of change.

Young kids working. Which is great, but they had no work ethic at all. Didn't even try, 2 were working, 2 were in uniform but just goofing off and going outside and coming in and out while my family were ordering food. My family and I sat down, after spending $60, and get about half way done and they turn the lights off while we are in the lobby at 8pm.
