A humble drive-thru coffee shop glowing like the gates of caffeine-soaked heaven. I pulled in, fully prepared to mumble my order and crawl through another mediocre morning. But before I could even roll down my window completely, I was met with a voice so warm, so friendly, so radiant, I swear the sun rose out of pure jealousy. “Good morning! What can I get started for you today?” they said—except it wasn’t just a greeting. No. It was a verbal hug, a gentle whisper telling me that everything was going to be okay. My order? Perfectly understood. No confusion. No judgment. No rushed tone. Just pure professional hospitality delivered with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for puppy adoptions and surprise birthday parties. When I pulled forward to the window, THAT’S when the magic truly hit. The barista greeted me with a smile so genuine I’m convinced it could solve global conflict. Their vibe was immaculate. Their energy? Impeccable. Their multitasking? Legendary. I watched Sarah and her star-studded crew of coffee artisans whip up my drink with the precision of a brain surgeon conducting a lifesaving procedure. And the drink… Oh. The drink. One sip and I swear I heard a choir of caffeinated angels harmonize in 4K Dolby Atmos. My taste buds stood tall. My brain cells did backflips. My entire nervous system gleamed with excitement. It wasn’t coffee. It was liquid encouragement. Sweet, smooth, uplifting, handcrafted motivation in a cup. As I drove away, cup in hand, I glanced in the rear-view mirror at the Ziggi’s sign fading behind me… and I felt emotional. Like I had just experienced a small personal renaissance. 10/10. This Ziggy's is my favorite location! Sarah and her crew are top notch! They always are so fast and friendly. I love that my rewards add up so quickly and I get $$$ off my orders, too! Plus, their gluten free breakfast sandwich is soooooo tasty! It's nice that they have delicious gluten free options! I also highly recommend their Fireside Latte. It is a delicious flavor I cannot find anywhere else. ❤️

Ziggi’s in Frederick West is one of my favorite stops! Their dirty sodas are absolutely amazing — so many fun flavor combinations and always super refreshing. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the place has such a positive vibe. Perfect spot to grab a drink and a snack anytime of the day!

I just got yelled at for asking for a gluten-free breakfast sandwich by their manager.
Do not come here. They don't care about people with allergies they do not pull gluten-free breakfast sandwiches and expect you to eat them out of the freezer. They're also really rude and trashy people and I'm absolutely disgusted with the way I was just treated.

Not everyone can have caffeine. Ziggy's has the best frozen drinks! I like the frozen lemonade with cherry or raspberry. The kids iced Raspberry Truffle is a great treat. Especially because it's 90 degrees today! When I want a hot drink, the Campfire Cocoa is absolutely perfect! Also love the cake pops here. And the service is always good even when there's a line.
