Ever since we moved near this Ziggy's back in October 2024 we have been repeat customers.
4 stars because about half the time I order the Beach Bum sugar free either on the mobile app it is not sugar-free. I'm a type 2 diabetic and wear a glucose monitor & can tell right away when it's not sugar-free

This management team is severely impacting the business with their abysmal customer service. Their behavior is consistently rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. As a secret shopper, I assessed this location and unfortunately, they did not meet the standards expected.

UPDATE: changing this rating because the staff the next day provided a free replacement drink upon my request. A special thank you for the kind accommodations.ORIGINAL: I had been ordering the same drink for months: cappuccino with 1 pump of sugar free s'mores. Today we had a larger order because we had 2 other people in the car, my husband tipped them before we even got anything, I got my drink and took a sip before we left the drive through and it was definitely not sugar-free flavor. I told the gal at the window and she said it was because she pumped it herself. I know what the drink tastes like and she was very wrong. But my 5 month old son was screaming in the backseat and 5 cars were waiting behind us so despite the fact I knew she was wrong, she insisted the drink was sugar free and we had no choice but to drive away. Extremely dissatisfied because she also got tipped for making the wrong drink but she refused to make me a new one. This is but another reason I hate these tipping screens...
