The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic! I wish they had Spezi.
I assume the owner must be confused, a German beer hall with multiple Belgian flags. It doesn't make much sense to me so I docked a star for a confusing atmosphere.

Stopped in for two different meals while staying in Frisco Colorado. It’s a very low-key place. You can really relax …small beer hall environment and also some outside seating weather permitting. Staff was friendly and gave great advice on the type of beer you might like! Also had some nice red wine.

A great local spot to spend time with friends. Mainly brats and other sandwiches. Lots of good German beer choices, as well as liquors.
The Reuben had great flavor and was loaded with corned beef. It is a large sandwich and easily shared between two.
The Steigel Brat was large and real good on the hoagie roll. They have about 8 different mustards on the condiment bar and it read fun trying them. The condiment bar also had warm and cold sauerkraut, banana peppers, cheese, and onions.
They have a good happy hour from 3-6 and again from 9-10. Tuesdays they have a few beers, Jagermeister and Jim Beam for $2. - 2019
Since the review above, I've become more of a Reuben fan. I had the Reuben again, and it's not the kind of Reuben I'm looking for. It's on a fresh Chiabatta bun instead of a grilled and crunchyrye bread. It has a healthy load of corned beef, but not much sauerkraut or sauce. The sauerkraut on the condiment bar is cold, so it wasn't good for adding to my sandwich. The little sauce I found had no sweetness like the normal Russian or Thosand Island dressing.
My wife got the Brie and Fig Jam sandwich. It was tasty, but the heavy load of sweetness from the fig am got to be too much before the first half was finished.
I think I'll go back to the brats. They've always been good. - 2024

Nice selection of handmade sausages and German Beers. The pretzel was tasty, though a bit overpriced, but I wasn't a fan of the beer cheese so I think you can skip that. Their Reuben was tasty but not exceptional so you're probably better off getting their sausages as that's at least more unique.

I enjoyed my visit to the restaurant. Ordered a sausage sampler, which was pretty good but not extraordinary. The beer was decent as well. Definitely recommend!

Best sausages I've ever eaten in my entire life. Their apple strudel was also amazing. Don't walk by, go in and get something -- you won't regret it.

Great place for a birthday beer. It's popular on a beautiful August afternoon. You have to wait in line to get a beer, but it's a fun crowd of people to spend the time in line with.

Awesome sausages of all varieties. Accompanied by various mustards/sauces for dipping. Pretzels also awesome, followed by a nice beer! Can't beat it.
And they have Pliny the Elder!
Apologies for crappy photo,

We had a 5 day stay in Colorado. As limited as that is, we STILL felt the need to come here twice.
The beer is so crisp and the sausages are AMAZING. You can't go wrong on which to try. We have tried 5 now and they all blew our mind - favorite was the DUCK.
This location is also a gift shop full of fun items :)
