Service was excellent. Food was tasty and large portions. Unfortunately, most of our group had a lot of gas after dinner. Not sure what additive they used but it ruined a nice dinner for our group.
An extension of Sauce on Blue brings top quality food to Copper village. I'm a fan. The Copper locale feels a bit less cozy and intimate but the food excels. Can't beat the location at the far west part of Summit County. Love it.
The bartender, Pali, made our entire night… we came back twice to see him and enjoy dinner. An absolute must if you are in Copper center village…. Grab a seat at the bar and enjoy…
