We booked on Open Table but when we arrived, there were several large parties and the servers were overwhelmed. We waited a while and they finally seated us. The server took our order and literally never returned. After 20 minutes we just left. They should have blocked reservations or on arrival sent us elsewhere.

Went twice to Vinny's, first time on a weeknight was great, especially the chicken Parm. Second time on a weekend was significantly worse. We had a large party and were seated in a separate area, but the waiter assigned was really lousy. Didn't know the soups of the day, said there was no chicken in the corn chowder even though there was, didn't fill the water glasses until asked, but did it just that once. Especially disappointing because an automatic 20% gratuity is charged for the party of 8 despite poor service.

I sat at the bar and watched the bartener chat with other patrons for 12 mins. He then passed the menu to me without greeting me or saying anything at all. It made me feel unwelcome. I will never go back.

Food is consistently amazing, cocktails are great as well as the wine selection, staff is friendly even when they're busy which i appreciate as a service industry person!!! Will be back every time I'm in Frisco:)

Had a confirmed reservation for 8/5 at 6:30. Showed up and doors were locked and chairs on top of tables. No sign on the door. Anybody have any idea what’s going on with my favorite restaurant in Frisco?

If you find yourself in Frisco, Vinny's is not to be missed. Fresh as you can get, rumor has it that he doesn't even have a freezer because he doesn't want to serve anything other than fresh ingredients to his customers! If you go in for lunch try the eggplant parmesan-- not your average eggplant parm! Creative, beautiful presentation and delicious! Overall outstanding quality and reasonable prices. Thank you Vinny!
